We go to the location in Queensbury, New York for the gluten free sandwiches very often. We drive from 45 minutes away just to get the sandwiches so I think that says a lot! Nice staff, great store hours (open late). The area really needed a 24 hour store. It’s doing a lot for the community!

I have given this place more chances than they ever deserved. Growing up with a mother that ran a deli I was raised around the inner workings of an establishment like this my first job was at a deli I am very understanding and try my best to be a polite easy customer. I order a ham and cheese with thin sliced ham and every time they mess it up wether its the absurdly thick slimy ham or the soggy roll always something is wrong on 3 occasions they messed it up so badly I didn't eat it.I have tried every tactic to change my results at this place and nothing has worked. That being said the problem lies with the people and the place not with me I will not be going back there and I will be telling everyone I know how they have the nerve to charge 12 dollars for horrible customer service and a messed up sandwich that a 10 yr old can master.

Driving through and stopped to get a bite to eat. Husband got a deluxe burger and said it was an excellent burger! I got the wild turkey sandwich and was delicious. We love that they use Boars Head meats. Very clean inside and staff were very friendly with smiles. Highly recommend.

I don't care for them. Over priced, average to poor customer service and not that clean. Open 24/7 is not a free pass to treat customers that way

I never leave negative reviews because to an extent I feel embarassed having my name associated. But I have to because this was an all time low tonight. Ordered in advance online, as per the request on their website. Waited 15 minutes before going to the deli, then it took 25 minutes for someone to help me once I was inside - literally I stood there for almost a half hour without being acknowledged. By the time I actually got the food, 40 minutes after it was ordered, it was cool and soggy, and really all of this would have been fine but when I got home to find that they actually forgot the cheese on my Philly Cheesesteak too, well, that just did it. Start to finish a really disappointing experience.

I have been holding off on writing a review because I kept wanting to give them another chance to redeem themselves. I have been here 3 times in the past 6 months or so. The first time I had waited for almost 25 minutes for a simple wrap. When I asked the girl at the counter if that was my order she told me no it’s for someone else so it sat there another 5 minutes until I had to ask again and she apologized and gave it to me. The second time they gave my wrap to a customer who came in after me and gave me (and charged me) for his sandwich. When we both realized we had the wrong order we went back in and instead of making me a new wrap, because it was clearly opened and touched by the other customer, I believe they just put the contents into a new wrap and gave it to me. Meanwhile, I was charged for that customers order which was more money than my wrap and had extra bacon so I was completely over charged for my sandwich. Mind you, it wasn’t busy. We were the only 2 customers there. I decided to give it one more try today. I ordered one of their special wraps minus the ham and cheese and asked them to add bacon instead. I asked her twice about the bacon because I didn’t think she heard me or understood me the first time. They called me up to pay pretty quickly so I was a little skeptical that they actually put bacon on it so I mentioned it to the girl while she rung me up. I don’t know if it’s a language barrier, but when I opened it up, there was no bacon. I think it’s safe to say I won’t be coming back here again.
