Dear Fudgie the Whale - I would like to submit a concern...

So for years your birthday cakes have been fantastic, but recently I have noticed a lack of chocolate crunchies between the vanilla and chocolate layers. Inflation? Crunchy shortage? What gives?

Who doesn’t love Carvel!? Five stars because I showed up last night at 9:55 (five minutes before they close) and they still served me! I’ve been to so many carvels that have done the opposite which is understandable and can be disappointing at times.The staff here is always friendly and helpful too.
