2nd time they’ve made me late for work. I place a mobile order 10 minutes ahead and i show up ( it’s not busy ) and it’s still not ready for another 10 minutes.
Then today when I go in to ask my finance what the hold up is and we’re visibly upset. One of the workers says “Not you guys again”. Very rude and unprofessional on top of making us late for work more than once .

Had a gut feeling this was a mistake and it was. They charged me for someone else's item, proceeded to charge me for mine. And couldn't do the refund. The cashier was also wiping their face then served my munckins. I know it's busy but pay attention. Next time I'll spend more and hit up Grounds.

Horrible service 3 staff members not in sync and no control of the orders 20 mins waiting on a hot chocolate and the forgot about it. Change the staff up immediately a lot of upset customers

This is not the first time this happens. Today I ordered a coffee with 2 sugars get back home and there's no sugar. Some of the people I know have stopped going in because of this. You never get your coffee the same way twice. I like giving shops a chance but it's getting ridiculous. I am very annoyed. I would give them no stars but the app doesn't let me. Go to another store if you want your coffee done right
