The staff was very rude and gave me attitude when I asked for the nurse discount because yesterday was nurse appreciation day. They did not give me the discount claiming “they weren’t participating “ They also did not take my points for my free drink and just said “it doesn’t work” never bringing their manager to help, refusing to help. She just sighed after every breath, like she’s had the most stressful day of her life… it was 9am at Dunkin, imagine being a nurse.

Worst staff! We were here to get a cup of coffee at 9PM and just when we entered the staff was like I am going close the door if people keep coming inside and she just shut the door behind us. If you cannot work then I am not sure why should you even work here?
