Today around 11 AM I placed a mobile order I parked. I walked into the store and I looked for my pick up. It’s not there before I was walking in a customer was walking out with a bag and a coffee and I saw her she had her hand in the bag and she was touching the food. She had her hand on my cup and everything so when I get to the walk-in into the mobile order my order not dear I waited five minutes thinking it wasn’t ready same lady that I saw walk in back put the order back on the counter takes her order and walks off. Doesn’t tell the employee doesn’t do anything. It was my order as she walked out to It. I told the employee I was like hey this lady walked out with my order. She had a hand in the back can you remake the food for me? They start giving me attitude, saying a bunch of things and like oh but she didn’t touch it. I’m like yes, she touched it. I saw her with my own eyes with her hand in the bag will remake it. One minute fine girl walks over to make the food takes the food out of the same bag doesn’t throw the bag out or anything and I think it’s a Supervisor concern to me or you want us to remake the sandwich. I was like yes please I don’t know if she wrapped it or not but I would like you to remake it I’m being polite right I watched the girl take the food out of the bag put it in the tray heated up put it back into a different bag and give me the food. The sandwich doesn’t take a minute to bake. There’s no way now. I’m not sure if they remarked it or not, but I am pretty sure the sandwich shouldn’t take less than a minute to make when I ask her. Hey did you remake that she was like? Yes she was like we won’t give it. We just remake it to both the Supervisor I think and not a girl looks at me like I’m crazy and I’m still being polite. Other girl walks away rules horizon me not saying and they start talking shit. I am 100% sure if I had stayed I would’ve costed all of them out in there and they would’ve called the cops on me first of all somebody walked out of my order and I’m telling you check the cameras shut her hand and it’s not fair. It was not polite. It’s not sanitary if I file a complaint with the state you’re gonna be under their investigation so somebody either get back to me or something cause I am not gonna eat this food when I do not trust nobody in there not a single one of them were polite, except the kid at the cashier and he was the one who say oh will remake it. It’s no problem, but all the other girls in there were given attitude and being so rude and nasty

This is a really nice DD, very clean, nice atmosphere. I had a sourdough breakfast sandwich that exceeded expectations and price point. We needed to stop to feed and change the kiddos and this was a great choice.

I am by no means overly familiar with Dunkin Donuts, but I have certainly been to locations of this franchise that leave a lot to be desired.
Stopping in on a whim, I was genuinely shocked at how nice the interior looked. The donuts were showcased beautifully, I loved the “bar style” coffee pour, and most importantly this Dunkin was CLEAN.
Service was great and while I am a Starbucks girlie, I was happy with my bagel and chai.
The bagel seemed quite “dark” for cinnamon raisin, but was toasted fine. The chai could have tasted “spicier,” but was hot and fine for what it was. For $9.07, I’m not complaining.
While the location is a tad awkward, give this Dunkin a try. Despite the mixed reviews, they seem to be doing some things right.

I joined the drive-thru line at this branch to order coffee. When it was my turn, I asked for a large Americano. The employee on the microphone, named Daniel, laughed and repeated my order. I repeated myself, but he laughed again and asked again. This behavior is not only disrespectful but could also be considered discriminatory under anti-discrimination laws. Mocking someone’s accent violates principles of equality and fairness and may be interpreted as a form of racial or national origin discrimination, which is prohibited by law.
