Ive come here over the past 5 years, the food as always exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere is industrial and inviting. I enjoy coming here as I please with my family. Its a nice sit down for any meal.

Went on a Sunday and it was closed which is NO PROBLEM. The problem is the manager/worker when she thought no one was looking unlocked the door and and let her friends/relatives in. We saw them leave with a ton of presumably free food and drinks. A lot of us saw her and there is a video posted somewhere too

They did not let us in on a Sunday at 2pm. However here on video they are letting their own friends in and locking the door. This was our first time here. And we can’t rate the food. I wonder who else has experienced this treatment. This bagel shops treatment is preposterous . Hopefully management does something! 8/10/24 2pm

Service is always slow. Tables are always sticky and dirty. When back after not going for a few months and they still need improvement.
The vegan chicken club sandwich was my favorite and will be what I get next time. Bring cash because they have diff prices if you pay with credit vs cash. 2 sandwiches and a giant matcha came to $43 which is a lot but it was good.

This area is seriously lacking in vegan options, so this deli is our go-to. We often get bagels with vegan cream cheese for breakfast or the vegan sandwiches for lunch. They're not the best I've ever had, but they're certainly not bad! The portobello burger or the Philly Cheese steak are my defaults. They also have great juices -- and alt milks for lattes.
(Don't order the matcha though, it just tastes like whatever milk base is used without even a hint of matcha flavor).

Food was alright, it seems like the price on my receipt(after I paid) was different than the price my card got charged. It was only a dollar more, but it is still unusual and made me feel untrustworthy on this place. Service was slow but not utterly rude.
