La Patrona Mexican Restaurant & Bar

We came here as a detour while driving out of town. Place is amazing and authentic (we are from LI). Only issue is it's definitely an eat-in place. We ate in the parking lot since we had our pets with us and there wasn't a garbage can nearby.

Food was so delicious and great portions. Mole with enchiladas wasnt too greasy and had the right amount of sweet. Guacamole was some of the best we have had. Chicken quesadilla and birria tacos were A+. Highly recommend making the trip to come here!

I’ll come back in a month and give it a shout again on my way through town, but the food today tasted old and oxidized. I’ve never had tacos that were not finished on the Plancha and the residual cooking oil to make the tortilla crispy. Meat was barely warm in any of our dishes.
Side of beans tasted like it had gone bad as it was sour and the kitchen confirmed it had gone bad.

The dining room smells like you mopped the bathrooms first and then do the dining room floor

Staff was incredibly nice. I look forward to coming again and hopefully having some food and leaving a much more positive review

The food was delicious. Portions were hearty. Service was great. I'd highly recommend, La Patrona. The Ingredients were fresh,table side guacamole was made. The portions easily fed more than one person for appetizers and entrees. The drinks were also delicious. I had two Pink Cadillacs with salted rims. Both delicious and strong. The Mexican Shrimp Cocktail was served in a large cocktail glass. It was full of flavor and freshness and looked amazing. For my entrée I got Puntas Diluca, the steak was tender, the vegetables and sides were hearty and delicious. The presentation was also amazing as it was served in a mortor bowl and sizzled for awhile after I started eating. This is definitely a place that I'd like to go back too. Thank you guys for your service this evening.

We came here at like 930 at night. It was so good. The guacamole was awesome and The service was amazing. They made all our drinks with fresh ingredients Highly recommend. we’re from the city and weren’t sure what to expect but this place was very good. Oh and the spicy sauce is actually spicy thank god oh and the Horchata is really good. Definitely get the Horchata.

I loved it. Try the birria tacos. I also ordered the stuffed jalapenos. (I burned myself. They were piping hot) The shrimp cocktail was spectacular. The ranchero steak and enchilada were perfect. We had a great Mother's Day. The place was busy but the service was fast. We finished with something light for dessert...churros and flan.

We’ve ordered delivery and dined in multiple times and food is always delicious! I love the torta de pollo (grilled chicken sandwich with lots of seasoning, guac, beans, jalapeño, etc)

Ordered the Birria tacos and it was amazing. The meat was very tender and juicy with a ton of flavor and the consume broth had a lot of flavor as well. I highly recommend this place. the only downside was that it’s very empty but it really shouldn’t be. Please come here and get something the food is amazing, just be prepared to speak some spanish :)

Descent food with little to no atmosphere. Just ate here on a Saturday night and I was one of two parties in the entire restaurant. I ordered a modelo, it was flat. It was like they open beers before service or something. I ordered a jarrito instead, also somewhat flat. The salsas were good and the chips were fine. I had the carne asada and it was not tender whatsoever. The rice and beans portion was little to none. I feel this place is not worth the money.
