Mezza Luna Pizzeria & Restaurant

Very nice service and courteous. Always asking how everything is going. Good was very good and mouth watering. Steak was juicy and cooked the way I asked. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to have a relaxing evening and wanting a good meal at a descent price.

Chicken picatta was really greasy & I wish it had been cooked longer. Calamari was ok. Shirley temple had no cherry & not enough syrup. The bread you get to start was pretty good. The staff never came back to check on us after we got our food, which meant it took a to eat. Also took 10 minutes to get seated even though it wasn't crowded. The place itself was fine; clean, very standard looking restaurant. Though I don't know why it says it has outdoor seating? It doesn't. Also, the pizza is takeout only. Overall, it's edible, but not somewhere I would recommend.

Used to go here occasionally despite Aversano's down the road being much better because objectively they do a great vodka sauce. But then this restaurant popped up several months ago in the local newspaper with multiple critical health violations so I've never gone back especially after I saw a dead mouse close to their door entrance several weeks ago.

The restaurant looked very nice, bigger on the inside than I had imagined. I ordered the shrimp fra-Diablo but was extremely disappointed that the shrimp were overcooked which made them very rubbery and chewy. The sauce was very good. My grandson ordered the chicken tenders which were very overcooked as well. I was hoping for better results from the kitchen.

Wonderful dinner experience. Food was amazing and the wait staff very professional and attentive. I opted for the risotto special that was perfection. Look forward to returning.

Great Italian food. Absolutely the BEST beet salad I have ever eaten. Kudos to the chef. Convenient location, easy parking and delicious food.

They had no record of our Open Table reservation. We did get seated close to our expected time. Food was incredible but service was poor. We had to ask twice for bread, and just finding out server was challenging.

The quality of the food has significantly declined over the years, and the staff is consistently rude, often giving you unpleasant looks when you come in to order or pick up. Additionally, the tables are rarely clean. This place is no longer my first choice.

Ordered a pie to gowaited 15 minutes while waiting ate a slice warmed up burning hot as the front server with an attitude forgot she warmed it up I came up to front eating the slice she said i needed to sit down as my standing was interfering with the pleasures of those sitting? She needs an attitude adjustment big time and learn to appreciate a customer guess not coming back as they don't appreciate customers and now only open a few days don't order here there ate better pizza shops in the area for 4.25 a slice!

I did not know what to expect coming here, based upon a recommendation, from out of town. Although it has a pizzeria as part of the restaurant it turned out to be truly a fine dining experience. The food was amazing (Chicken Franzeze) and the service was perfect. The menu was extensive without being over bearing and the drink and wine list worked just right. It was a very, very nice restaurant I would go back to again and again. Kudos to what they are offering here.

I hadn’t been here in many years until recently and I am so glad i came back! the spicy rigatoni is truly one of the best plates i’ve ever had. such kind servers and amazing quality food.
