This is by far the best Chinese takeout you will find in probably the whole New York. That includes the city. I've had so much Chinese food across NYC and a lot of them sadly fell off. Peking Garden in Brewster has held their ground for many years. The consistency of their food, and the pride they take in ownership is why they are #1. They offer menu items that you cant get anywhere else in the whole county, and the flavor is always the best. They serve the freshest vegetables and use the best ingredients to make their dishes really stand out. When I get Peking Garden I have to literally force myself to stop because it's so good that even when I'm full I just want another bite, and another bite lol.

PLEASE, please just hire someone to do a deep cleaning so when customers walk in the floors and corners of floors and all the surfaces that customers can see are sparkling clean. Someone can do this. Please just take the time and do it!!!

I was a little concerned because the place looks run down but the food was great. It's a good thing that I'm a true believer to never judge a person or a place from the outside. The restaurant is very old, they been there for 42 years. That explains why the food is good.

Was in the area and decided to try them, my regular Chinese take out place is currently going renovations and I needed my fixing lol. Found my normal order in their menu which not many people have. Pleasantly surprised, the owner wasn’t joking about her food being delicious, the only dish we really didn’t like at all was the egg drop soup, it was way too thick for our taste. I think I found our new Chinese food place. Super friendly staff, the lady in the front took the time to get to know us, I’m guessing she gets a lot of regular which we weren’t.

My Dad always picks up from here, I have not personally gone inside. From the outside it is not very aesthetically pleasing at all. However, the food is absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. The food has never been an issue!

I have been going to this place for years and even though it doesn’t look the cleanest I never imagined finding a cockroach in my meal. I am so beyond disappointed and I can’t let this go. The lady at the counter said “it was probably in the bag of rice” where are they buying their rice from? To be honest the place is not clean so be cautious if you’re planing on ordering take out from them. I will be going else where. I only got a refund for my food when they should of gave me a complete refund on all my order. Really hoping they take this as a sign and clean up their mess and perhaps hire a professional to come and extinguish all the roaches and whatever else they might have.
