I love that Tim has brought great KC and Texas style BBQ to the area, it's so hard to find in the Northeast. All the meats are seasoned and smoked to perfection. No heavy smoke taste and plenty of juicy bites. The beef street tacos are incredible. I had a sample of everything and nothing let us down. Chicken wing lovers will die for the wings. Dry rubbed and crispy on the outside and juicy inside. You will return for the baked beans, I swear you have never had them this good. All the sides and sauces are made fresh daily. So happy we have great BBQ nearby.

Took a road trip up to The Bus for lunch today and was not disappointed. The new BBQ menu is amazing. The pulled pork, ribs, cheese curds (with hot honey), and slaw were all prepared to perfection. Don’t leave without a cider donut ice cream sandwich. Can’t wait to head back again soon.

We wandered this way to find some stuff to do and we’re so happy this orchard was open even in off season, as all others in the area were closed! We got some great stuff in the farm store and my son was able to run off some energy and play on a tractor they had out. We will definitely be back and plan to visit again when fall comes around!

A wonderful outdoor dining experience! The Bus at Salinger's has beautiful scenery and some amazing food available in the warmer months of the year.While I've never been disappointed by a meal here, the chicken sandwich is what brings me back! It's an amazing sandwich and I've enjoyed it every time I've had it.There are a number of other appealing offerings - the meatball sub pictured below is another phenomenal offering.
