As as first timer, I give this a 10/10!! Everything was well seasoned and reasonably portioned for the prices. It was a beautiful day… We ate our food with our pup, listened to a live band, and shopped at their farmers market. I bought fresh and local honey, peaches, and cookies
I love that Tim has brought great KC and Texas style BBQ to the area, it's so hard to find in the Northeast. All the meats are seasoned and smoked to perfection. No heavy smoke taste and plenty of juicy bites. The beef street tacos are incredible. I had a sample of everything and nothing let us down. Chicken wing lovers will die for the wings. Dry rubbed and crispy on the outside and juicy inside. You will return for the baked beans, I swear you have never had them this...
Took a road trip up to The Bus for lunch today and was not disappointed. The new BBQ menu is amazing. The pulled pork, ribs, cheese curds (with hot honey), and slaw were all prepared to perfection. Don’t leave without a cider donut ice cream sandwich. Can’t wait to head back again soon.
