Absolutely outstanding!!! Dave catered our wedding this past weekend, and omg my guests are still raving about how Incredible the food was and how attentive the staff was. I would hire Dave and his team for any event! Such a talented Chef!!! Thank you Dave!
He catered my daughter’s wedding last night and did a fantastic job. The guests could not believe how such great food could come off a truck. And the volume of food was tremendous, there was never a time when his servers were not passing out the appetizers. For dinner his prime rib and homemade tortellini was as good as can be. Thanks for a great job Dave
? yum! Discovered this while visiting PAT. It's probably the best buttermilk chicken sandwich I've had - ever? Yeap, ever. The batter wasn't heavy, the chicken was moist not dry. Definitely filling and worth the visit. IF I had to do anything different would be introducing some good TX / TN heat to it. Locals may be shy but build it up, perhaps it will catch on. Not chipotle but something vinegar based as to keep it fresh and crisp. But gotta say loved it! I think...
