Wish I could give higher. Confused about orders. 2nd time got the wrong order. Today the blond haired woman behind the counter had a glove on one hand and touched all the food with the other ungloved hand. Yuck! Why move around donuts with no glove or at least a freshly washed hand?

Was craving a cold cut sandwich. Decided to try this place out. Walk in say what I want then proceeds to say we have no rolls, no heros, no hogies. Only have regular sandwich bread and wraps. I get a wrap. I paid 22 dollars for a drink and wrap. I open my wrap just to find yellow lettuce. A nom cored tomato. Also a random pickle wrapped in paper all wet. So disappointed.

Everyone is so friendly here and the deli reminds me so much of a nyc deli compared to every other deli in the area

Came in on a weekend to get breakfast LITERALLY got two bec sandwiches, two drinks and one cookie = $35 how tf does that make any sense.... prices are overpriced, staff was disgusting rude.. not spending my money there, the cheese on the sandwich was not even melted enough.......

If you use Uber eats, be careful, don’t order from “sunny & fines breakfast burrito” because for some reason that’s the name listed on Uber eats, not the actual name “Briarcliff Market & Deli” I had to do some digging to figure out where my order actually came from, not only was that the smallest burrito I’ve ever seen in my life, there was no beans in it, which wasn’t a request, it was literally posted as what comes in the south of the boarder burrito, and when I called to say they had forgotten that, the woman told me oh they don’t have beans and when I asked why they had that listed as a menu item then she said oh I don’t know it’s my boss. 20 dollars wasted because the fruit salad on the side I ordered was literally just a small bowl of strawberries. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

I travel enormously with my work. This week I am in Briarcliff Manor NY. This market/deli is the best I have been. I read some of these comments they are so funny. Person has been eating here for yrs. They messed up on his cheese so he gives them a 1 star... Or had a BEC roll that hurt my teeth...lol.. I died laughing..How horrible can Google reviews be...lol... I walked in everyone was super friendly. Lemon caper chicken and rice was absolutely amazing. Better than any restaurant... SEE YALL SOON!!

Ordered on grubhub. Breaded chicken sandwich came with no lettuce tomatoes or mayo. Cutlets thin and dry.. Ignored my request for American cheese. Greek salad just lettuce, a few mushy olives, little feta cheese and barely any onion. Complete ripoff. Worst experience ever. Came to $37.76 with tax tip and nobody knows why a small service fee. They close early and it feels like I got all the stuff they would throw out.

Deli is good but way overpriced . I was charged 14 dollars for a regular bacon egg & cheese and a Starbucks coffee from the fridge. When I called to get an explanation the price of the coffee changed twice and couldn’t give me a straight answer of how it somehow added up to 14$ . It’s not about the money but don’t rip off good customers !
