unortunately wildly slow service. waited 15 minutes to order a drink. coco cola never came - had to ask a diferent waiter to grab it. ordered several dishes to share - after first course took forever for next dishes to arrive. they brought the soup without a spoon - got cold waiting for one. daughter wanted to order a second drink - again had to get a different waiter to order one. brought the escargot without proper fork. scallop dish was out of this world to die for - but otherwise we were not impressed for the service was sub par.

We have always had a wonderful experience here - last night was a disappointing exception. As always, ambiance is warm and inviting and service was excellent. The food, however, fell short of expectations. The appetizer, feta rolled in phyllo, was unappealing as it was a large block of slightly warmed feta wrapped in too little phyllo and some side toppings - just a miss as the feta completely overpowered the dish. I ordered the Beef bourguignon - the server told me it would fall off the bone. In fact I needed a steak knife to cut it and the server was very gracious in returning the dish to the kitchen. We will return as we've had too many wonderful experiences there not to give it another try. Hoping this was an outlier!

We were in the area and got a last minute early evening reservation. We had an excellent dinner here and service was superior. Highly recommend!

We have eaten at almond many times over the years going back to its original location. The menu is diversified and good. This time we were disappointed in the food. The chicken was bland though well prepared . Our ravioli was good but also a bit disappointing.

This is one of our favorite restaurants and while we do not live nearby, we make a trip here one or two times a year and we are never disappointed. We were warmly greeted, seated immediately and enjoyed out delicious cocktails as the bartenders here are just amazing. All of the food is so fresh and wonderfully prepared and they always have a couple of special items. We had a fantastic server and he made our visit even more enjoyable. We always recommend this restaurant to people visiting the Hamptons and we will continue to come back. The atmosphere is so warm and inviting especially as dusk arrives. Highly recommend for family, dates, friends or parties.
