Hands down the best in the Hamptons!
Was at a cocktail party where A of E was catering. I have known them for over 25 years and can only say they are still the best caterer in the Hamptons. The duck spring rolls were better than any Asian restaurant. Another app was the radish with a French butter sprinkled with Black Sea salt! Unbelievable! I ate about 20 of them....so simple! Everything was top notch from food, servers and bartenders!
My wife and I hired The Art of Eating to cater our wedding on Shelter Island, and they were absolutely phenomenal! Cheryl was fantastic to work with; she truly held our hand through all the tastings and perfectly captured our taste. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the food. From the planning to the service, everything was spot-on and made our day so memorable. Five stars, absolutely!
