I LOVE this place! As with Sip'n Soda, it is cash only (ATM on premises) & homemade. Both are wonderful throwbacks & make you feel as if Andy Griffith will be walking in behind you.

Ate lunch here the day after christmas while just checking out the Hamptons. It was somewhat busy but there was an open table and food came out super fast. Was really tasty - chef salad, Greek salad, chicken Caesar wrap, grilled cheese all really good. Wanted to try the homemade ice cream but was freezing outside. Will hopefully be back one day ! Cash only

It is a little slice of the past in our modern world. With great food and great service the atmosphere just brings it all in. With mostly offering things like sandwiches and a really good ice cream and shake selection. It's a very cozy and welcoming feel. If you are going during the summer I would expect it to be busy and a little bit of a wait time but it is definitely well worth the wait.

Really disappointed in the customer service the manager provided. My 3 year old had a flavor she really didn’t like. I asked if I could just get her a small cup of vanilla instead after we purchased 4 ice creams and the manager gave me a huge attitude. Making me feel like I was trying to pull one over on her by asking while my 3 year old was silently standing there with tears in her eyes. Eventually had to just ask her to throw it out to which she shrugged her shoulders said “OK” and walked away offering nothing to a customer.

Burgers are like the way the burgers at Bob’s from the animated are described.

Delicious! The server was tired and angry, but not her fault. Just an example of how things gave changed. Not her fault but that fact that someone like her can’t have a living wage off one job. She was probably just tired from the other 2 jobs she had to work to pay her bills. Because America was destroyed by corruption and Uber capitalism.

The vanilla cookie dough ice cream is off the charts delicious. Ive never had ice cream so creamy and velvety smooth and just out of this world. Outstanding. Run dont walk. Cash only though

Cheeseburger was great. Unfortunately, Foursquare says they’re open till 930 at night, came back tonight for another burger and low behold they’re closed before 6:30 PM.🤬🤬🤬🤬

They do not allow service dogs, which is against the law. Super rude staff. Could not be bothered to argue with them. Lucky we didn’t file a lawsuit.

This is a charming throwback diner. Nothing here was bad but nothing was what it was supposed to be. We got the egg white omelette with veggies and the western omelette with a coffee cake on the side. The veggie omelette had raw onions which just overwhelms your taste buds so good luck tasting anything else. The western omelette was just a small simple omelette. The side potatoes were like they were just about to go into perogies, again not bad just off. The coffee cake was a vanilla sheet cake with a cinnamon bisque mix on top, the trend continues here. All in all not bad just definitely not worth the $40.
