Rudest staff on the planet. Closed early on us and were extremely nasty about it. They do not follow their hours and are mean to their customers about it. You’re not allowed to close early and not open the door when I get there before your posted hours. I’m not asking you to cook anything, just scoop the ice cream and send me on my way. It takes 30 seconds. Absolutely bogus and hope a manager sees this and is annoyed as I am!

Convenient location just off the highway. Nice selection of soft serve. Go for the pistachio soft serve. It’s incredible.

You don't wanna know what we were up to but needed this as replenishment. What a life saver hehehe. Customer service was nice. Line moved along really quick. I got the Oreo cookies and cream. It hit the spot. Small cup was very filling and even shareable. I loved this for us.

I know they have Carvel stores all over the place but whenever I travel back home to Long Island I always have to stop at the Carvel in Bridgehampton. It just brings back memories for me since I used to work for Carvel when I was 18. It was located in Southampton then. I just got a small kid cone with rainbow sprinkles. It was delicious! I don't have a Carvel near me in South Carolina but I always go to Walmart and get a Carvel cake for birthdays. Sometimes certain flavors just bring back those memories from your childhood. This location in Bridgehampton, the girls behind the counter were nice and waited on me quickly. I will definitely be back when I return home.

One of the only ice cream stores in the area.They’re open till late at night which is awesome.Ice cream is very expensive but that’s to be expected in this location.What bothers me is that they are no prices noted anywhere.I might be wrong, but it always feels like I’m being charged according to what the workers feel like charging me.I never get a receipt unless I ask for one and the receipts always just show the total amount without details of how much did each item cost feels a little bit like a scam .
