Dunkin'

I used to come here daily. The staff doesnt make the drinks properly. The light in the bathroom has been.broken for weeks. So you have to go to the bathroom in the dark. The cleanliness is not there. Nothing is clean or.wiped down. I usually make positive reviews. This place is in a well off area. This is embarrassing for dunkin. I will be reporting this to dunkin themselves. Whoever runs this store is not doing their job. I ordered a frozen coffee and was told they couldn't make it. A very simple order. Not coming here anymore

Horrific experience here. So much so that I will need to be in touch with the Wolak group immediately Who own/runs this Dunkin donuts. Looking at the onset of negative recent reviews it seems that there is currently a pattern here unfortunately. Hoping I can make some headway in getting the store manager replaced so people may feel safe to come here without being unduly harassed. Her behavior was wildly inappropriate. The Hampton's is not the kind of place that will tolerate such behavior. We believe in stewardship and respect to all.

I purchased through the mobile app for pickup. Once I got my drink, I noticed there was a quarter of my drink missing so I asked if they could get me a new one. Instead, she fills up my matcha with milk and milks it down. I’m not drinking what someone else touched. She was intentionally trying to piss me off and was completely ignoring me. My boyfriend had to help out bc she was ignoring me. I literally purchased a drink through the mobile app so I could quickly run in and grab my drink. What did I do to deserve such attitude? Nothing. Just awful customer service. She made me a new drink but she made it wrong on purpose. It’s not what I ordered

Second time here , empty both times yet had to wait 20 mins. First time waited, a line started forming and they proceeded to help other customers, second time waited 20 mins , then when the woman was helping me I had to repeat myself several times until she decided it was better to listen to my order with her air pods removed from her ears!

Inadequate service, I was waiting on line first, by the register waiting to be served. Then some girl walked in after me and they immediately helped her first by the display shelves when you first walk upto the service counter, and gave her the last bagel that I was going to end up ordering.

I have to give this place five stars for outstanding service! I stopped by for a quick coffee and a snack for my two young daughters. While eating, my youngest accidentally dropped her half-eaten egg and bacon wrap on the floor. Without hesitation, the incredible employee working that Saturday afternoon offered to make her a new one—completely free of charge. I didn’t even have to ask, and I would have happily paid for it. That level of kindness and customer service is rare. This guy is top-notch!!!

Ordered a cappuccino which is supposed to have milk in it and I'm pretty positive they didn't put any milk in it for whatever reason and just gave me a watered down coffee
