Ordered a cappuccino which is supposed to have milk in it and I'm pretty positive they didn't put any milk in it for whatever reason and just gave me a watered down coffee

It doesn’t open when the dunkin app says or when Google map says. And I came at 6am. Don’t come here, or at least be careful, don’t place mobile order unless you know somehow it is already open.

Coffee tastes normal, donuts are fresher than I'm used to from Dunkin. But the location doesn't follow it's business hours - showed up at 6:30am (store opens 5:30am per Dunkin's website). No lights on. No employees there. Phone number is wrong. BUT - its possible to order through app, thankfully i didn't or would have lost my $ order. One star review, because they just open/close kinda...whenever they feel like it. Lame.

Parking: Huge parking lot shared with other businesses in the strip shopping center. Easily 100+ parking spots.

Wheelchair accessibility: Flat parking lot that leads right to store front.

Terrible location.

The young women who work here are clearly unhappy with their jobs. Today's visit will make sticking to my diet very easy & save me money. Won't be back!

Nothing bad to say. Great spot to stop by if you’re going towards Montauk. Its on the other side of the road though which is the minor inconvenience. But otherwise always a welcome place to stop and get coffee along the

Our fave donut place

Says it is closed at 6 but we went at 5 and doors were locked. The woman working there wouldn’t even come up to the door to explain what was happening. My sister and I knocked on the door and we got rude responses. Fire this woman working on 7/26 at 5pm. Thank god i didn’t place my mobile order.

Parking: Easily available big parking lot

I like dunkin but there was a women who was really rude and made the experience awful she had a tattoo on the neck and I hope the owner or the manager does something about it. They were also really unorganized and didn’t give us a few of the items we ordered.

The two Spanish women in there are incompetent and the smaller one has an attitude problem. They got my whole order wrong aside from the donut I got. Then, when I brought it to their attention, it was nothing but grief and more nasty responses. They lost another customer this time. The one blonde hair gentleman was the only one to try and fix everything,was sweet, and professional. Even rolled his eyes while the other two were being rude. Overall the experience was not worth it and was a waste of my time and money. 4/20/23
