Outstanding dining experience at Elaia! The food was absolutely amazing—so fresh and delicious. The chicken and branzino were both cooked to perfection, and the sauce on the chicken was incredibly flavorful. Every bite felt thoughtful and beautifully prepared. The hospitality truly made the experience even better. The owner, Chris, was so kind and informative about the food, which added a personal touch we really appreciated. The Greek wine was yummy and paired perfectly with our meal. Mat'ridi Angelo was warm and welcoming, and our bartender, Gregory, was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and spot-on with his recommendations. We will definitely be returning and recommending this restaurant to friends and family. An outstanding experience from start to finish!
Food and service were excellent! Don't skip the bread - the best we've ever had. Great Greek rose wine and excellent branzino.
One of the best restaurants I have ever been to in the Hamptons. The food reaches a gourmet level.
the GM Michael and his staff are consistently running one of the best restaurants in the Hamptons. Our go to Greek place!
We had a very nice dinner at the bar last night. We had lamb chops medium rare and zucchini chops which were delicious, so crisp! We each had a drink and chatted with the bartender. Very good night out before today's storm.
Came for a celebration. Maitre d thoughtfully gave us a quieter location and negotiated a gluten free desert on the fix pre menu. Dinner was fantastic with bountiful portions and true to the Greek cuisine yet still contemporary. Wait staff was expert and attentive. Ambience could not be better!
On a snowy night it was quieter than usual for a Friday night, which was nice for us. The food is always good. The service to match. A great local restaurant

The bar area is lovely, and Kevin bartender was great. We came during LI Restaurant week so the prices were reasonable. Only complaint was the chicken in the souvlaki entree was so dry as to be inedible. We sent it back and instead i really liked the fluke entree and my partner enjoyed the grilled lamb chops. The other dishes that we liked were the chicken soup and salad of feta, olives and tomatoes. Sorry to not know the Greek names.
Being Greek and eating at a Greek restaurant is always a bit questionable, but I have to say the meals were presented beautifully and the portions were generous. The Stifado, my personal favorite was prepared in an interesting way. It was a very tender and flavorful stew served with pastitsio noodles and topped with feta. Surprisingly delicious and the perfect meal for a cold, rainy day! The Loukoumades were well made, and I thoroughly enjoyed taking a sweet walk back in time to a pastry shop in Corfu. The wine selection is diverse, and I highly recommend trying the Greek wines—when in Greece, drink Greek. Enjoy!
Amazing experience! All around excellent! Food, service, ambiance, and felt very comfortable enjoying taking our time. Can't wait to come back!
Everything was wonderful (food, drinks, service) except the ribeye was pretty fatty and chewy.
All three times we've dined here were a charm for us. We go crazy for the sourdough bread with olive oil dip, the octopus and Bronzino. And the short ribs rock. Love this gem.
