I am not understanding all the love for this place. We were visiting from out of town and stopped in. The building was hard to find and the experience didn’t get any better after that.
I asked if they had any flavor syrups for their coffees (caramel, vanilla, etc) - which I didn’t think was an unreasonable question- and was met with a 5 minute lecture about how all flavors are full of chemicals. Ok - I didn’t ask your opinion on them, just if you had them. I was also told that flavor of the syrup would take away from the “superior” taste of their coffee.
The coffee I got was completely watered down and flavorless, honestly one of the worst cups of coffee I’ve ever had. I asked if there was sugar to go with it and was pointed towards a counter with splenda (chemicals??) and an open bowl of lumpy sugar with bugs in it. I was also asked if I wanted a pastry. An open box sitting on the counter that I’d just watched the last customer reach in and grab with his bare hands. There were also ants and flies all over them. I declined. This place is seriously gross and needs a visit from the health inspector.

Great selection of coffees, many roasted on site. All furnishings, machines, etc. have been donated by caring locals. Great place to relax while waiting for the train.

This is an amazing place. A little nondescript building with a gravel lot on Maple Lane in Bridgehampton, NY. It’s always busy. You’ll see workers, contractors, local folk, film directors and billionaires all in the same line to get some of the best coffee on earth. It’s a sight to behold.
They make the smoothest and tastiest Americano. My favorites to take home to grind are espresso and Bonacker. They bring in top notch pastries too on the morning. Get there early. They go quick.
When you’re there take a walk around and admire the artwork.
My favorite place.

Gross!
This place is not sanitary! Pastries are casually thrown on the counter covered by ants and flies
The only non dairy milk option was almond which made my coffee taste disgusting
