Visited on 9th July 2023 Stppoed for beverage of tea for myslef and coffee for my friend on our way back to Mckinney from Huston. The restaurant was situated at a gas station complex and this place is well known for the fresh baked breads and breakfast and brunches. 1 tea and 1 coffee costed us USD 9.00/- which is reasonable. Quality of the drinks was satisfactory Do give it a try.
The staff is incapable of doing their job. We started ordering at the kiosk, but our gist card wasn’t working there so we had to go to the person cash desk. We ordered a salad and a sandwich, the gift card wasn’t working again (why do you have the option to put your card in your account when you really can’t use it online). We paid cash and after that we got 2 sandwiches, explaining that this is what we ordered, when in fact it was not. A little more customer oriented staff wouldn’t hurt. I love Panera bread, but this one doesn’t really exceed my expectations, or even close to them.
