We tried Sundaes for the first time tonight and we were so impressed with how creamy and delicious the soft ice cream was! They also have a machine that makes homemade whipped cream on demand. We will certainly be back. The candy store in the back was also a nice little bonus.

Store manager/owner very rude. Chocolate chips came out of dispenser too fast and she tried to force me to buy all of them despite it clearly being an accident. Overpriced product and place is cheap and doesn’t allow for sampling flavors before hand. Store is also dirty - almost stepped in used gum on the floor. Buddha Berry is Sag Harbor and Southampton is vastly superior - better flavors, better staff, better toppings, better store (it actually has tables to sit at)!
Update: Store manager’s response clearly shows her unprofessional and immature attitude. Respectable and ethically run businesses should take ownership of their mistakes and faulty equipment rather than make lies and snarky comments about a customer’s experience.

Sundaes on Main is one our favorite places in the Hamptons! We have been bringing our son Maximus since he was old enough to walk. Jeanie always treated us like family. The atmosphere is so cute inside, especially the retro back room of candy. We most recently had part of our son’s birthday party there where the kids made create your own icecream cups with toppings. It was a huge hit for all. Jeanie also made custom gummies bags with special dinosaur gummies she ordered for Maxi’s theme. If you’re out east, this is a must for kiddos!

Such a cute locally-owned shop. The owner is the sweetest person! Great selection of frozen treats as well as a full candy room with a huge variety to choose from.
We love Sundaes on Main!!! Whenever we are in the area it’s our must stop place. The flavors are always changing and absolutely delicious. The store is super cute and the back candy area is awesome, so many items you’d never find anywhere else. The store owner is also always so sweet to my kids.

Sundaes on Main is THE self serve ice cream/froyo spot in the hamptons! The only thing sweeter than the candy room is the owner and staff. You truly feel welcomed from the moment you set foot in the door. The only downside is how many amazing flavors are kept in rotation it's hard to pick just one!! We always leave with our sweet tooth satisfied and imaging what combination we will come up with on our next visit!

I happen to live right down the street from Sundaes on Main and have lived in the area over the past 10 years. I have tried all the competitors in the area and there is not a friendlier owner and better spot than Sundaes on Main. She is the sweetest, most fun to talk to and a local who is improving the community around her. I highly recommend anyone to visit and I promise you will love the setting and the froyo, gelato, sorbet, and ice cream choices put the others in the area to shame. I will continue to support this local small business because of the way it makes us feel when we visit. Thank you for improving our evening walks thru Bridgehampton!

When i came into this store i thought it was going to be a cute little candy shop, oh boy i was wrong. i saw a bare naked man chained to the counter with a gag ball in his mouth and the saggy looking lady with the colorful sketchers, pink skirt and white shirt asked me if i wanted to join in on their satanic ritual and when i said no she hissed at me and said “get out you monkey”, due to my skin color. She is a racist white supremisist. This store scarred me and i will never get my innocence back. i will be expecting a relief check in the mail promptly.
