Awful customer service. We called at 7:00 PM asking when they were open until ON A FRIDAY NIGHT. The lady I spoke with on the phone told me 9:30 PM (The website says 10:30) but okay?
We call back later around 8:15 PM to place an order and the women I talked to earlier said to me we are closed sorry just turned everything off!? When I told her the women I spoke to earlier told me they were open until 9:30 the women became very defensive and had a nasty tone.

All things considered. We love Lins for their location, good hours, and straight up work ethic. We actively tried all of the Chinese restaurants starting in Ballston Spa several years ago, wouldn’t recommend any of them due to negatives I don’t want to pop up in a word-search for Lin’s. In our years as Broadalbinites, Lin’s has never made a mistake in our order and always sent food hot and well packed. And I didn’t have to cook so, ya know, that’s kinda the point.
