“We have become basically regulars at Coleen’s. For over a year now most Saturday mornings include Coleen and her great breakfast. Over time we have gotten to know Coleen and her dogs and truly appreciate what she provides to the village of Brockport. Any bad reviews on here are from people that clearly cannot read and/or lack empathy for someone that does as much as Coleen. Call ahead and you will have a great experience.”

“Went there for the first time tonight, everything was excellent! I ordered the Filet and it was melt in your mouth delicious, I also had the crispy potatoes and they were yummy. My husband had the chicken prosciutto and he said that was very good but my steak was better. Service was great as well. Would highly recommend!.”

“I can't share enough wonderful things about The Red Bird Cafe & Gift Shop! My Mom and I attended afternoon tea back in January and were blown away by the delicious, traditional English tea - cucumber and cream cheese sandwiches, chicken salad on a croissant, currant scopes, and an incredible dessert tray with macaroons, tarts, cupcakes, and soft bread dipped cookies in chocolate. Not to mention, The Red Bird was warm, charming, and cozy. Jo, the owner, was so attentive and kind - I knew I had to have my Bridal Shower Tea Party here. A few weeks ago, The Red Bird hosted my Bridal Shower Tea Party and it was perfect! We set-up the Welcome sign, gifts, and games in the lovely shop, and then had a formal tea party in the tea room. Jo and her team were wonderful about letting us set-up and decorate however we wanted. They provided the food, tea, linens, China, silverware, and seasonal flowers. It was fun, delicious, and unique - I received so many compliments. I can't thank Jo enough for making my Bridal Shower a special memory, we will definitely be returning to The Red Bird in the future!”

I have been wanting to try the Mushroom Soup so today I got it to go. It is AMAZING! Absolutely Amazing! The staff is very attentive and kind. The owner is also friendly and a great guy! Atmosphere is equisetic and homey and filled with cute little knickknacks all around the restaurant. Food is super reasonable especially for college students that are looking for a night out in the town. I have ordered a variety of meals from here and not once have I ever been disappointed in the food or presentations. If you are located in Brockport or looking for a new place to try I would highly recommended Custom House for your next night out!.”
