Not a great experience. Difficult to order anything as there is no menu sign at the drive thru. I had to look up their menu online when the employee came up to my car to take my order. The cashier was not friendly at all. My husband and I both ordered hot lattes, which were barely warm. This has happened to us on two occasions now. The lattes are overly sweet, so I have to ask for mine half-sweet. The hot lattes are also very watery- you can barely taste any coffee. As someone else said- you are basically drinking a super sweet, watered down latte. We were definitely expecting a lot higher quality for the price.

I've not had to wait in their long drive thru lines cuz I don't drink Iced coffees but it's almost always busy especially on the wknds.This place is a drive thru Kiosk pretty much. It's new..the colors at dusk are vibrant. My daughter loves the place.

absolutely LOVE this location, i recently moved and am not as close as i used to be to the brockport store and i make the extra trip to see the amazing crew here. my order is always perfect, the atmosphere is always super upbeat and while waiting for my order i have the best conversations with the brew crew.

The people working are so patient with you and don’t rush you at all. 10/10 place with 10/10 staff that are very helpful!

Coffee is overly sweet and many of the flavors taste just the same. The worst offense is that the prices are high and the pricing is extremely non transparent, one time I tried to get a complete price list and they weren’t able to provide it, just said that prices are “comparable to Starbucks”, and then I paid 10 bucks for my large coffee! Not like Starbucks. Also if you want a cold drink with no ice but filled up, the upcharge is outrageous, like $3. The coffee itself, apart from the flavor is good, but that’s not nearly enough in today’s market.

The coffee was barely luke warm. Tasted good just not hot what so ever. Very disappointing for 6 dollar latte

We just had the best cup of coffee and service ever! They also made sure our pup had a treat! We will be back!

Fantastic experience! Beyond the delicious drinks and excellent service, the employees singing joyfully to the music completes the delightful experience!
