Always a good do to for a frozen treat. The girls working there are so friendly and quick to move people through a line. Our dog also enjoyed her own pup cup ice cream!
Abbots is my favorite custard/ ice cream spot and staff are always very friendly. It's the kind of place where anything you get will be amazing. Although I do recommend the chocolate almond. It's delicious!
Kid-friendliness: Brockport schools are right behind it my daughter and her friends go once in a while so it is very kind friendly!

From what was explained to me a very long time ago this was here back in the 90s. Like there should be a little more Brockportian life that needs to be felt in. One of the issue is of course the Ice Cream War between themselves (two stores). The other one is walking distance of the Bill Grays and The Tap Room (Abbot’s Frozen Custard is in there) from this location. Plus Grinds Cafe and Pinkies Ice Cream. Oh Yes! Byrne Dairy. Ice Cream of course is great! Don’t tell Perry’s Ice Cream (lol! Jk!). Service is good… just maybe a little dust of Abbot’s Frozen Custard so they don’t become zombies. Be kind of scary if they stop being Abbot’s Frozen Custard employees. Give them credit for what they do!
Parking: Easy to park
Kid-friendliness: Ice cream for all ages. I mean like you want to be a kid again, right?

Felt kinda Anxious. People stared at me and My daughter... Not sure exactly "Why?..". But, Vanilla Milkshake was Phenomenal ??. My daughter didn't have many gummy worms in her "Dirty Worm ice cream". . Hopefully, next time will be better and then I'll update.

Custard ice cream was melted and disgusting. She kept handing me a bowl because it was running down the cone as she handed it to me. Then they didn't accept Abbott's gift cards, which is why I went there to begin with. I'll never go back. Literally ANY ice cream is better than that warm melted slop.

This place is run down and dirty. The staff was nice and accommodating, the food was good. But the signs everywhere are ridiculous. From security signs to notes taped to the counter to tell the staff how to do their job. The bathroom was locked and just in shambles. I was really disappointed in this location. I should have spent my money elsewhere.
