Since opening day, everytime we come to this location Gerard is busy the entire time. Very pleasant always helping, cleaning windows, tables, behind trashcans, clearing tables and friendly. We appreciate him and always enjoy it!

The staff made me feel welcome as soon as my son and I entered the restaurant. The professionalism of this young crew was incredible, from being cordial, efficienct, considerate of one another and fully immersed in the flow of the operation. They never missed a beat, someone would have to step away from their duty and another team member would just naturally jump right in. Cudos to management and this incredible crew. Of course the food was great, it is Chick-fil-A! Every time my son and I travel together a stop at Chick-fil-A is always on the itinerary. What sets this place apart is your incredible team! Thank you for employing so many incredible young people and offering them such an incredible foundation as they enter the world of work.

Never cared for the food here, but that is besides the point. As I am a Doordasher I try to avoid this place as much as possible due to them never having the order ready or having someone able to hand it to me. On one occasion they even handed the order out to someone else entirely, offered me a fountain drink for my trouble as if it was going to reimburse me monetarily considering I'm trying to do my JOB. I also have to add that they will mark orders as ready for pick up and then I wait ten minutes before anyone sets the order down at the pickup area

Went to the Brockport location yesterday for the 1st time. They have people standing outside taking your order vrs doing it at the menu. Of course you can't see the menu until you drive up to it.. I did glance at it while waiting. When it was finally my turn to order they had me pull up to the girl PAST the menu. Not a fan of doing that. YES I could have perhaps pulled the menu up on my phone but I had no idea I would drive past the menu to order. Please do better. The fries were cold I got chicken nuggets bc I knew they were on the menu which were good.

This was my first time at this location. The chicken in the sandwich I got was cooked perrfectly. The bun was buttered and toasted, and inside there was a piece of chicken and two pickles. I think I forgot to ask for dressing or other things to be added. The waffle fries were delicious too. I really love that chick fil a sauce! Lots of space inside to dine in, which we did.
This place is awesome. The staff is extremely friendly. The food and service was really good. Everything was clean. I can't remember the last time I had such a good experience. 10/10

Food was good. Kids area was not a playground at all just a little room with some books and a coloring station. Very disappointed for my kids. Atmosphere was fair but the mangers kid kept coming up to our table asking if we needed anything EVERY 2 minutes which was very annoying!!!! I wanted to eat in peace.
