I order from this place a lot and never have any issues. Occasionally they run a little behind but its understandable because they do get busy quite a lot but the wait is worth it since their food is so good! I usually go at night and the crew always seems like they are having fun with what they're doing and they are very friendly towards me sometimes I enjoy coming here for the conversations.

I’m not rating based on gas, that’s out of the employees control. I like to swing by here for pizza, usually trying to do so before the high schoolers let out and it’s all gone. Best gas station pizza, it always hits the spot when I don’t have the time to go sit down and eat. I highly recommend the Buffalo chicken and the calzone. Great bang for buck. The staff there is excellent and polite. Keep it up guys!Parking: ?

We ordered 2 sub's and we asked them to be Toasted they decided that toasting it wasn't working thier time. They started our sub's 20 minutes after ordering them I'd understand if the place was busy but there was no one there, the person behind the register didn't seem like he cared about his job. We also got a chicken bacon ranch and we only got ranch, lettuce, and bacon no chicken.

Stopped yesterday morning (Saturday) for gas, beer and milk. They were open but no one shoveled the snow. Got my gas & stuff at Mobil On The Run.

My boyfriend and I stopped in for subs yesterday. We paid in advanced. When we came to pick them up, the cashier had told us they forgot to charge us for the extra toppings and made us pay for them seperatly! Why should we have to pay for their mistake? That's not good customer service in my opinion.
We ordered subs last night. The person who took our order over the phone and at the counter, great attitides! I hope people know this is not just a place to get gas and beer. Their food is delicious! And pizza! Give it a try.

I used to get pizza here all the time, but now I just go to Clarkson because this location never has pizza and if they do it’s always the last slice that has been sitting there for hours. I got wings here one time and all I got was bones barely any meat on the bones. The staff can be friendly but some just wake up on the wrong side of the bed sadly. I will still get gas here with my card at the pump just won’t be getting food here anymore

Excellent customer service goes to the brockport location employees & manager. Had an issue they helped as much as they could ended up talking to cooperate... got everything with my debit card fixed.

One of the workers is miserable. Really snippy when I wanted fuel for my back hoe. I understand it's pre pay but you don't have to be snot about it. Then when I gave the employee my card to hold she stared at it like it was a fake. And I told the person it was a fleet card for my company .

Food is decent and the pizza is better than you'd expect. There's a couple of other stores in the small strip mall they share. The gas pumps here pump so slowly i don't even know how to express my frustration. I've never seen gas pumps move so slow....
