Time of visit was 2:12 pm on April 22nd. #397 This visit was not good. We have tried at least 4 times. 2 times we had a gal take our order and she was friendly and very much interested. 2 times a male took our order and he was not interested, not friendly and acted like we were asking too many questions about the sub we were buying. When asked about what was available, he pointed to the menu. That was helpful. NOT NO OTHER PERSON was in the place of business so he could have acted somewhat interested. I wish I could say....best sub ever but that was not true. Last time we will go to Cusimano. Rather give our dollars to a business where the workers are consistently friendly, interested and proud of the product they are selling.

Great food, other than that the environment here is cramped, the wait is longer than it takes me to sit down and enjoy the food I ordered an hour ago, but the employees are really nice, seems like they might just need more help on Fridays

Hands down the best pizza and subs in Brockport. Steak subs are awesome. Staff is friendly and so are the delivery staff. Love the loyalty program every dollar spent is a dollar earned and so many options to choose from when using points.

Ordered the large combo and 2 add on tonight for the first time. I'm visiting from out of town and was recommended to try cusimano's from friends that live in the area. The pizza is delicious. we tried Mike's new York style sauce as was recommended by the staff. It was outstanding. We also ordered a kids' pizza for our son and got the traditional sauce. Our son loved it, and he is a very picky eater. We ordered the wings for one add, and we had them plain with country sweet on the side and also mild. Again, I'm not disappointed. Outstanding cooked perfect and juicy. For our second add-on, we asked for the 10 piece mozzarella sticks. Cooked perfectly and so tasty. The staff was so friendly on the phone and answered all our questions as we told them we were trying them for the first time. We we got there to pick up our food the atmosphere was great. Fast service again friendly. Next time we are in town, this will definitely be our go-to place.

Pizza tasted stale, mozzarella sticks were cold, wings lacked flavor. Cashier was friendly and it's only a takeout restaurant so atmosphere was what it was. Won't be going back.

Great place to get food & great employees. Service has improved since the older manager named Tony no longer works there. The employees are yound but seem to like their job and enjoy being there. It's a family owned business that's doing things the right way with happy employees and good food.
1. 2 out of 2 items in my order were incorrect. 2. Pizza is of terrible quality and is made in an extremely lazy manner. It is an easy decision to never return.

I ordered a LG pizza with several toppings that was good but the cheesebread sticks and cinnamon sticks were horrible and a waste of my money. I threw them all out.
There was an $8.00 delivery charge before the tip So it cost me $80.00 plus tip The order got to my home fast, but I feel ripped off - it was so expensive, and all I got out of it was a pizza after tossing out those clumsy nasty dough sticks. The cinnamon ones had no dipping cinnamon or icing dip- so yuk.
I did have the pizza made with a stuffed crust which I wouldn't do again and cost extra. They use some heavy cheese to stuff, and it doesn't work well, it was thick and heavy on the cheese bread sticks too not good.
They close at 8 or I would have called them that night.
I may call them and tell them and if the make it right somehow I'll post the good news here

If you're looking for hot wings WITH FLAVOR, not just heat, look no further! If you're looking for a fresh salad, i highly recommend the steak salad and the Greek salad wIth either chicken or steak. The Cusimano pizza is amazing and resembles lasagna in flavor. The chocolate frosted brownie is hit or miss, but when they're fresh, they are AMAZING!! I got delivery, so I will adjust the atmosphere stars when I visit in person. The delivery driver was kind, courteous, respectful and timely.
