Cusimanos has been one of my families favorites for years, but in less than 24 hours they just destroyed every bit of their reputation. The Brockport location in particular... terrible customer service, the manager Megan was unprofessional, rude, and not helpful. After lying and then denying to deliver our food, I called over to the Medina location to speak with the manager they said had moved there, Mark. The manager at the Medina store that evening was great, said she would reach out to Mark and i would hear from him or the owner Jimmy. I have heard from no one. Called back today and apparently Mark doesn't want to talk to me, and directed me to call and speak with the same Megan girl that was rude from the day before. 100% destroyed every single bit of respect I had for that company in 1 interaction. I would not recommend, do not give your money to a company that could care less about their customers.

Pretty yummy pizza, nice thick crust if you're into that. We actually got this as a Too Good To Go so we only spent $5 total for both. We were early and they were nice enough to let us grab it anyway.

Went to get my kids pizza as something quick for back to school night we drove 20 minutes out of the way to give cusimanos the benefit of the doubt the staff at this location is rude and practically snatching things from my wifes hands. We all either work in or have worked in some form of customer service environment its not always the best gig but save the attitude for the customers who give it to you and truly deserve it.

Cusimano's is great. Literally the best pizza in Rochester. We drive it around the city because we think its fantastic.
Regular sauce, sweet sauce, BBQ chicken pizza, its all great.
True Buffalo style too. Order here if you can.

Have yet to receive my order with it being right. Multiple times the order hasn't even been put in the system and I show up to nothing and having to sit in my car waiting for 20 minutes.

Ordered from here several times over the course of a year and every time there is something that always ends up wrong either missing food, not getting the food order correct the first time so we have the wait longer, or person over the phone just doesn't know what their doing. I was told twice we had a credit on file for a mix up that happened two weeks ago and went to place another order today and no credit even exists. I told them to cancel my order and I was met with no hesitation or even trying to save the order. Ive worked jobs like this before and I normal have patiences, however, I am beyond over ordering from here. This location has been up and running for 2 years now, so Im confused on why there service seems like a new crew every time I call.

Time of visit was 2:12 pm on April 22nd. #397 This visit was not good. We have tried at least 4 times. 2 times we had a gal take our order and she was friendly and very much interested. 2 times a male took our order and he was not interested, not friendly and acted like we were asking too many questions about the sub we were buying. When asked about what was available, he pointed to the menu. That was helpful. NOT NO OTHER PERSON was in the place of business so he could have acted somewhat interested. I wish I could say....best sub ever but that was not true. Last time we will go to Cusimano. Rather give our dollars to a business where the workers are consistently friendly, interested and proud of the product they are selling.
