the custom house burger, honey mustard chix sand , shrimp with bang bang sauce, mozzarella stick I highly recommend them they all were so amazingly yummy. can't wait to try more delicious sandwiches, appetizers, wraps , and burgers . I give custom house on the canal a 10 star review .

$18 for a small portion, nasty tasting Ruben! $16 supposed BLT, 2 pieces of old bacon, 2 ends of a tomato, bad off brand mayo, and half a head of lettuce! Went for the Cubano, not on the menu anymore.

it’s the only place to Eat outside on the canal. We love it there .The waitress was subpar tho, she didn’t really attend to us well. And the food was pretty good but not great.

We were traveling on the canal and stopped for dinner. Two adults and two kids under 10. The Custom House staff and house were amazing. The eight year old said it was the best meal on the four night / five day trip!

Great food! Thought this one was a great idea to celebrate Easter early! The number one thing that I like, is they under that after my one drink. I want water. Plus beautiful mornings here too. Always keep an eye on their social media post, for example $5 Thursday cocktail mint ginger poloma. They can make Kentucky Derby and successful can make Preakness Stakes drinks too! Besides making Triple Crown drinks, they can make some great President Drinks too! Fridays! Before I forget, call ahead or show up early to make sure you get your drink and/or meal on time. You would be surprised how pack this place can get.

Over an hour wait to get food (sandwiches). Should’ve learned from the first visit. Very slow kitchen service!!! May want to pack a lunch that you eat prior to ordering.
Service was good, food was not. buffalo chicken wrap had more chunks of blue cheese than chicken.

Absolutely terrible experience. Our server Cheryl had a major attitude. We came here to celebrate our friends birthday and I’m sad she couldn’t have had a better experience. Took an hour for our food to come out and it wasn’t anything to write home about. Maybe we were being stereotyped for being college students but we would’ve tipped graciously if we weren’t treated so crappy. Made a comment about the long wait time and missing pickles and she just ignored the comment about the wait, basically rolled her eyes at us, and walked away to get more. Mind you it was completely dead and there was no reason for the wait. Do better!!

Made reservations as we had an event at the college to attend . Made them giving us 2hrs before we had to be there. Went upstairs and waited 15min before waitress came over with menus. Poor girl seemed as though she was the only one serving. 3 other tables were there before us. Took our order after 25min of us being there. Food came out 45 min after ordering and we had 15 min to eat before having to leave. We were there a total of 1hr 45min and had to ask for check and boxes as we started eating because we knew we’d be late. Food was good as we’ve been there before and always liked the food. No apologies as to keeping us waiting. As we were walking to our car one of the cooks and another girl were outside the back smoking pot and laughing it up! Not sure we’ll be back anytime soon. Very disappointed!

Custom House feels like home — warm, cozy, and you leave feeling full 🥰 Comfort foods and all the essentials and sooo many yummy bourbons and cocktails to choose from, as well as a great selection of draft beers! Plus, mimosas and the yummiest brunch on the weekends! Brockport should be thriving but the liftbridge construction is killing local businesses — help keep them all alive; #shoplocal! 💜
