Extremely rude staff member named "Benjamin". Shouldn't be yelling at customers for asking questions, won't be coming back.
We left without even getting our order due to his conduct. Will be doing a charge back.

Okay. When they first opened, the food was good. Fully seasoned , fully cooked and the service was great, you’d go in and your food would be ready if you ordered ahead and someone would be at the counter. Now food is usually raw, barely seasoned at all. You walk in and stand there for approximately about 10 to 20 minutes and wait for someone to come to the counter from the back . I usually get the cinnamon sticks and it barely ever has cinnamon on it and it’s so thin sometimes, like thin crust pizza. They use air fryers, so you can literally just cook the food at home, and the calzones usually have raw vegetable ingredients. We have ordered so many times. It is usually bad out of good times. I do not recommend I’m sorry.

food was amazing
I love this place, its super convenient being across the road where i live and the prices are really nice, i end up going around 1am or so alot of times as a night owl and get different calzones or the tatertots (love those mac and cheese ones with the hotsauce and chicken ? ) the online wait time is kinda odd though, one calzones usually ready in like 10ish min

This is the nastiest place in Brockport NY food was greasy, soggy , overcooked and made me almost puke ? ! Food was as if a drunkard made it - burnt and overcooked on all portions. I know for a fact a drunk college kid would never be able to stomach this garbage. Order took over 40 minutes and was wrapped in plastic waiting for the delivery driver for over 30 minutes! Made sure to get my refund back for this disgusting food. DP Dough is an endangerment to the Village of Brockport as customers have had raw and severely over cooked food! I should’ve just made burgers rather than ordering from this sorry excuse of an establishment. Take your business elsewhere and NEVER GO HERE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO GET SICK !

Do not eat here! The food was brought to me cold. It was so overcooked, even burnt. The breadsticks and cinnamon sticks were like crackers. There was a huge lack on cinnamon as well. The Philly cheesesteak calzone had peppers the size of my thumb; all I got was whole peppers in my mouth it was disgusting! Not to mention I felt extremely sick (nausea and stomach ache) after eating it as well! The lack of proper care into making this food is so heavily apparent! It was so overpriced for the quality. Taco-bell or Burger King makes better food. Save your time. Save your money. Save your palette.

Cool spot to eat! The wait times are usually pretty long so I wouldn't recommend going here for a quick bite, but the food is amazing so I definitely recommend coming here if you have the time! The waiting area is full of cool stuff to look at, it's always clean and well-kept. There's a wide variety of food available to order. There's no seating, so you'll have to take your food to go.
Parking: There's a parking lot available here.

Delivery took over an hour and a half for terrible food that was ridiculous overpriced. Food was delivered to me soggy and wet, no napkins nor utensils in bag. Boneless wings were a joke of a size and buffazone had terrible bland flavor and was 90% breading. Food was delivered to me over 30 minutes of estimated delivery time. will never be ordering here again.

If I said that the marinara tasted like it came from a Lunchable, it would be a compliment. The Falling Rock Zone was a soggy, incredibly greasy, flavorless calzone. The cheese stix and cinnamon stix, while not as greasy, were just as repulsive and flavorless. The menu itself looked delicious, unfortunately it was very misleading. And the portions are super small, 10/10 would not try again.

Spent $25 on MILD buffalo dunkers. Got them home and they are so spicy, I can't eat them. Will never go back! Called to complain and they didn't care. They were definitely not mild! Spent $25 on garbage!!
First I ordered a lb of chicken and I got cinnamon sticks with my points both the chicken and sticks was pretty much undercooked but at the time I paid 16.17 I guess he felt he deserved a tip because I woke up today to my cash app telling me that D.P. dough “updated” the price to include a 1$ tip im not complaining about a dollar I’m complaining because between food and customer service everything was wrong that day if I was you guys I wouldn’t eat there and if you do make sure you pay in cash
