they got a nasty attitude whoever took my order around 7:02-7:12pm march 27th 2025 is extremely rude and I had him before and was rude then. if you got an attitude then don't work. he hung up on me twice and I called again cuz he didn't take my address for a delivery tonight and was like you didn't tell me delivery and I told him I told u 2 to 3 times

I've been to this location on several occasions when it was extremely busy, Jessica handled the situation with excellent customer service. Every time I've come, I was greeted with a smile. Everyone that works there has shown great customer service skills so far. They have good teamwork and communication, I've watched them work together during what seemed like chaos to me, but they worked smoothly through it!

This has been our go to for Friday night dinners for years. Unfortunately, they are so very short handed that ordering and receiving the order for the last two weeks has been a nightmare. The two employees that worked there tonight were overwhelmed and they got my order wrong, besides. As one employee was correcting it, the other left for the night! Leaving one employee to handle all the business in a college town, well, is just horribly done. Please Dominos, fix this!!

We ordered 3 pizzas and the cinnamon pretzels last night all the pizzas were over cooked and seriously lacking toppings and the worst tasteless pizza we have ever had and the pretzels we got didn't have any cinnamon on them such poor quality I wish I could submit a picture this is exactly why more and more neighbors of mine would rather go to pizza hut. This store is going down hill fast DO BETTER DOMINOS

They charge me an extra topping to change the sauce from tomato to garlic Parmesan when I am allergic to the tomato sauce. If I am paying for an extra topping I should be getting an extra topping not a sauce that won't kill me! Absolutely ridiculous and no employee wanted to help with this. No one should have to pay extra to eat food that won't kill them. No other pizza place I have ever been to charges an extra topping to change the sauce. I called back and the manager was nice and let me have the sauce but the employees were not even trying to help
Pizza has been absolutely on point ! Dough is perfect, toppings are great and a good amount. Delivery quick and kind!

Got the $6.99/pizza sale for just this week. My pepperoni/mushroom was dry and something was too spicy for me. My husband believes in "just calling"..he couldn't understand the orders taker. Come to find out, all calls to to a call center in China!! That really upsets me. They store staff admitted a lot of people complain, and these order takers often get the orders wrong as well.
