Pizza was really nasty, came for pickup on time and it was stone cold. Highly dont recommend.

I we ordered a pan pizza with extra sauce, extra pepper and extra pepperoni. We got extra sauce and extra peppers and no pepperoni. When we called the manager didn’t seem to understand us and we could not understand him. Finally the delivery man got on the phone and said they would credit us $7.50. He hung up without even getting any info from us. Now let’s see if we ever get a credit on our charge card. I think I’ll take my pizza orders to another place.

Consistently crappy service but I LOVE the pizza. Im never treated at the door. The workers don't even look up when anyone walks in. Typically the delivery drivers greet and take care of customers. The app said my order was ready but it didn't get prepped until I walked in. If the food wasn't so good, I would stop coming here.

On a regular basis they take forever to prep over 30 plus minutes I order pizza because it's fast but not when you have to wait over an hr for your pizza to even be made. I canceled it one to many times.

This Brockport location has turned into a dump. Never ordering here again. These people don't even speak English. I canceled my order while waiting 45 minutes in the store because they couldn't figure it out for any one in the store waiting. Apu, the manager, needs to be fired. These folks should keep it to running Kwik-E-Marts and hotels.

This is the worst Domino's I have ordered from. The order was supposed to take 45 minutes which I can understand as it's a college town on a weekend. An hour and a half later I checked the tracker and it was saying the pizza was delivered. When I called the man said it would be a couple more minutes. However it was several and then the guy wanted me to leave my hotel room to get my food. I tipped him to bring it to my door. When I finally got the pizza it was very undercooked and cold. Do not order here.

It’s a busy Friday night and pizzas are 50% off and they still provided amazing service. Even if you had to wait they had great communication, and while waiting you got to see how the well the team worked together. The team lead/manager on had a great flow and the team seemed cohesive. 10/10 ill order from them again.

Placed order online and was given 18-28 min wait. Arrived after 35 min to be told it'll be 15-20 min longer. Received my order and was given 2 medium instead of the med and large I ordered. They did remake the medium into a large which took another 15 min. First time ordering from them so I can't sy that this is their norm.
they got a nasty attitude whoever took my order around 7:02-7:12pm march 27th 2025 is extremely rude and I had him before and was rude then. if you got an attitude then don't work. he hung up on me twice and I called again cuz he didn't take my address for a delivery tonight and was like you didn't tell me delivery and I told him I told u 2 to 3 times

I just placed an order idk who took my order around 7:02-7:11pm march 27th was very rude the whole time and I told him delivery for 11pm took my card info but not asking for address and I got put on hold when it went back to machine talking and then it went through and he hung up then I called back and they hung up so I tried again and he was saying you didn't say you wanted delivery so what is it then I told him 3 times I wanted it for delivery and he was being a dick to me

I've been to this location on several occasions when it was extremely busy, Jessica handled the situation with excellent customer service. Every time I've come, I was greeted with a smile. Everyone that works there has shown great customer service skills so far. They have good teamwork and communication, I've watched them work together during what seemed like chaos to me, but they worked smoothly through it!

ordered a simple pasta with the rest of my order. it was wrong they said they would have it delivered in 10 minutes an hour goes by I call back they said pick it up. walked there still waited over a half hour...its complete bullshit
