You purchase iced coffee thats not full and the coffee has way too much cream in it will not be going to that DD anymore

The male manager Andy does not know how to handle rejection. After he hit on me and was turned down he has refused to make a drink correctly every visits since this occurred. I visit this location regularly for work and his lack of professionalism is very disappointing. This has been occurring for months, not a one off incident.

At 9 am donuts were yucky, didn't seem fresh. Took forever to place our order. Area is small when 4 people are trying to pick up their orders all at once.

My iced coffee was not only wrong but also bitter and gross. Croissant stuffer was thrown into a bag of napkins, and stuck to them. Almost nobody in line and had to wait and repeat my order. What’s going on management?

Drive thru service is terrible. Placed mobile order, pulled up saw 5 cars in line, figured np. 14 minutes later picked up cold sandwiches. Watched them bring 1, drink at a time to the car in front of us. Yes, literally 1 drink at a time!!! Not too mention the girl taking orders was very rude at pick up window.

I stopped ordering coffee a long time ago because I’ve learned how inconsistent it can be at this location & how frequently it’s incorrect but I waited 15 minutes at the window of the drive through today & then the quantity of my order was incorrect. I called the number listed online & it was an automated message saying that there was no voicemail set up. How am I supposed to get help if no one picks up? … I even called 3 more times, to no avail. Ridiculous.

They threw out all of their donuts 15+ minutes before close and couldn't give me a refund at the store :(

Came in for my morning coffee like I usually do two creams. Two sugars with vanilla flavoring with cold foam on top. Never have I ever had an issue ordering this coffee at any of your locations until this morning. I was told it's against company policy because it's a waste I would gladly pay for the cold foam but was told they're not allowed to do it. Like I said, the first time I've ever heard this before and I find it odd that I can go right next door to Tim Hortons and order the same coffee and not have any issues Manager was very rude when confronted about it.

Hit or miss with the food from this one... sometimes tater tots are hard as a board..
Chicken bacon croissant was burnt to the point of being not edible.

Indulge with iced coffee year round, but had a few times where it appears that they put the burnt bottom of the hot coffee into the iced coffee making for a horrible experience and an inability to even drink.

Be prepared to wait 5 minutes at the counter while the employees finish gossiping to pay $2.50 for day old stale doughnuts and to be served said day old doughnuts like you are burdening them.
