Waited in the drive-thru for about 20 minutes 2 days in a row like this. I finally left and both times I see them just standing there talking to each other. Not paying any attention. If I could give this 0 stars I would.

I recently went to get 3 dozen donuts for an event-the “supervisor” yelled at the employee and said “we can’t do that! That’s too many!”
I also got a hot chocolate. It was straight water with some chocolate at the bottom. It was simply gross.
Save your time, go to Tim Hortons.

It was a decent option in this North Central section of New York State as if you are looking for food at a reasonable price. The choices where the same as if we were in the city so if you are in Brockport and you need some Dunkin then definitely stop by this location.
My daughter had a birthday at school and she wanted to bring doughnuts into the class. The lady who helped was amazing and put her special touches to meet my needs and my daughter happy. Thank you

Terrible. Went in for an online order that i ordered 10 mins prior and girl said she couldn’t make it Bc they were too busy. there was 2 other people in the store and 3 people in the drive through. I couldn’t wait because I ordered ahead for a reason This location sucks everytime i go here. Just the wait time in general are usually 20 mins if you don’t order ahead.
