Food is fresh, yummy and you can have it made the way you want. The prices are reasonable. Glad I don’t live in Brockport or I would be there alot more.

Very satisfied and impressed on my 1st visit. The Burrito bowls are the best value! I ordered the meat lovers with chicken and pork and all kinds of toppings. They were generous with the portions of meat and toppings, could barely close the top! Most importantly, it was absolutely delicious! The meats were both tender and well-seasoned. I ate until I was stuffed and then ate it again the next day. I have had a Chipotle bowl and I feel these are bigger. Nice to have delicious semi-healthy fast food option near by!

Bait and switch.. their online menu says prices when you get ther they charge you way more! Then they claim it's because you used a credit card!! NYS law says that must be posted on your menu if you charge more for credit card and you have it nowhere on your site!!

My go to is always a burrito bowl and it easily makes for two meals! The adobo chicken is a great option and the customization of each menu item is amazing. The food is always fresh and delicious. Very happy to have them in town!

Dietary restrictions: The menu items are customizable to best suit most dietary restrictions.

Parking: Huge parking lot since moving to the bigger location. Much more convenient.

We love going to Frankie Fresh for a local, convenient dinner with Chipotle/Moes style service with nice staff and location at their new place thankfully they got a larger place! I do wish their proteins were more well seasoned/spiced and the prices are slightly higher than you’d expect but is fresh and quality food and service!

I worked 16 hrs non stop and I was on my way home and didnt want to cook. I stopped by and got a keto burrito bowl. It hit the spot sooo good. I love that place.

I have been going there for weeks now. I spent $32 a week for dinner there. I have had no issues when I ask for extra rice or a little extra salsa. Tonight was my second bad experience in a row where when I asked for extra rice I could count the grains of rice they scooped. When I nearly laughed at the "extra" rice the guy said we only do 1 portion... I found that so rude not only are they expensive but i would of preferred to be told we charge .50 cents more. I didn't get much meat and the chicken was crumbs of chicken like the crunchy skin. I don't think I'll go back because that's 2x in a row. Over a tiny scoop of rice they can kiss $110 a month away .. I cant see this place lasting long. They need to get their priorities straight and train their employees to just give the 10 cents worth of rice and charge for extra meat. Simple.

Oh my god, so much to say! First of all I got a burrito, there was hair in it 🤮🤮🤮. Multiple times I have been in there with who I belive is the owner and he was yelling at his employees, so rude!!!!!!
Not to forget about how the portion in the burrito were. NOT ENOUGH CHICKEN, so little lettuce. He seem like such money hungry person!! I asked the guy who works the register about it and he said that's all they can put on it.
