I got an iced latte and blueberry scone and my friend got an iced chai. My latte tasted more like an americano.. it was watery and bitter. My friend asked for light ice in her drink; however, it consisted of mostly ice. Along with that the chai was insanely sweet.
The workers were sweet and helpful.
The atmosphere was decent. The tables outside were all dirty and covered in drink stains and crumbs. I can understand why the outside would be more neglected but we were there for a few hours and it wasn’t touched by the staff.

Just went for my neice's wedding shower, very cute place. Ordered specialty drinks separately, and desserts and two bags of ground coffee to go. It was a very nice experience.

What a hidden gem! They have so many options for food, drinks, bakery items, ice cream, and even a freezer full of home made Gelato! Couldn't be happier with the service and the atmosphere was welcoming. Lots of seating both indoors and out. Clean bathrooms.

It's unfortunate that I am making this review as the place I work at spends a ton of money at this business. But over and over, they continue to make errors every single time we order, and we will place larger and smaller orders nearly every single day. Countless times they have forgotten good morning bowls; bagels have the option to be toasted but are never toasted; breakfast that is supposed to come with bacon, but bacon was forgotten; constantly forgetting cookies; forgetting drinks; piece of onion in sunny side eggs; grilled cheese panini with cheese not melted at all; piece of plastic in a sausage order; plus more issues that I have not kept track of.
The number of times my coworkers have had to return to Grinds to get the forgotten items is astounding. One day my coworker had to go back THREE times due to their lack of providing everything in our order.
I want to love Grinds as I love the building/atmosphere, but the service truly needs improvement, and the employees need to do better in checking takeout orders. And some of the food needs improvement as well, there are items we know to never get again. The employees are always kind, but kindness can only go so far when our orders are constantly messed up. We have ordered takeout many times at other Brockport establishments and have never experienced so many errors.

I was just there this morning between 9:30 and 10:30am and noticed that my Sunglasses were stolen !
I wore them walking over then set them down on my Table and walked up to get some things off the counter and came back and my Sunglasses were missing!!!
