Owner took us in as they were closing up as I arrived with two kids who wanted ice cream. He was super kind and offered great customer service tonight. We appreciate you.
Grinds has it all... a cozy, clean atmosphere. The staff is wonderful. The food and drinks are out of this world. ❤️
I was expecting a lot more from my first visit to Grinds, but the service was so abhorrent that my first trip will likely be my last. The first thing I noticed was that even though there were myriad adults working, the counter was being run by teens that did nothing but bicker with one another. I placed my order, a mocha and a breakfast burrito, and grabbed a double chocolate chip muffin. I was hoping to hold out eating the muffin for when my coffee arrived, but I started slow nibbling. I have worked as a barista before and if moving at a casual pace, a mocha should take no more than five minutes. My breakfast burrito arrived before my beverage. I had given up on my drink when I finally heard “mocha latte regular” and I stood up to grab it. This was twenty minutes after I ordered it. Another lady ordered a mocha latte and stood up to tell the unorganized gaggle that her group only received two of their four drinks. The girls had absolutely forgotten my drink and the only reason I received one is because someone else ordered one. I was scolded for taking a beverage that I paid for. My suggestion is to take of of the adults from the back and move them to the front counter. Maybe there would be some organization and customers would hear the staff say fewer things like “Well maybe YOU should try doing it then.” I found the experience very off putting. The food was tasty though, but the eggs in my burrito could have used a pinch of salt. I would have asked the staff for some but it was clear that they are more concerned about how cute they are rather than what the customer needs.

I have been here 2 times for myself, got some coffee and ready made cookies. Great experience. I've also had coffee ordered a couple times when my work was ordering breakfast from there. Friendly service. Great experience all around. I'd recommend trying at least once.

Always a friendly greeting. Great coffee, or tea, the way you like it. The pastries and prepared meals are prepared well.
I enjoy this place very much.

All of the espresso drinks I've had from Grinds were wonderful! They have the best frosted cutout cookies, very good breakfast and lunch food, and so many other sweets to pick from. I appreciate that Grinds stays open late too!
Vegetarian options: I don't recall items being labeled vegetarian, but I know many of their options are vegetarian friendly! They offer milk alternatives for the drinks, but they cost extra. Many of the foods, especially breakfast, do have eggs.
Parking: Parking depends on the time of day. If it is in the morning on a Saturday then it's a struggle. At 6pm there's plenty of parking. Also you will most likely scrape your front bumper when turning in to the parking lot.
Kid-friendliness: They offer kid sized meals and drinks! And they often offer kids events, some free and some cost a bit of money.
Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is flat, no stairs, and the entrance is two doors wide. I do not remember if they have buttons for the doors, most likely not. The front sitting area of the restaurant can be a bit tight, but there is a big seating area in the back that is more spacious.

I would like to share my recent experience at your establishment. I arrived before 4 PM and encountered hesitance from the staff regarding assistance. At 4 PM, I was informed that food service had ended, which left me surprised as a customer.
It was disheartening to witness other patrons leaving for similar reasons. If service is not available, it may be more considerate to close early rather than leaving customers unable to place orders.
Given that I typically spend around $30-40 per visit, I regret to say that I will not be returning in the future.
