Been here a few times now, since discovering it after moving here from Tennessee last April 2023, and it's a cute little cafe, ok coffee and food is ok.I would have given it 5 stars, but when I called to see what time they closed on Saturdays, the person who answered the phone was a bit rude and said that they close the kitchen at 2 and the shop closes at 3.I was a bit disappointed and surprised.I wasn't impressed with the customer service I got today over the phone, as she just hung up without as much as a thank you or your welcome, even though I said thank you myself, she just hung up!.I truly believe that this cafe has the potential to do much better if they'd just serve "amazing food" ( people will spread the word)Have better customer service and would stay open later on Saturday and served food up until at least 5 on Sat and even later during weekdays.

Great breakfast, nice coffee selection, baked goods,reasonable prices. Haven't tried lunch yet! As for service complaints in some other reviews, this is a coffee shop, folks! You shouldn't go to a coffee shop expecting the experience of a full service restaurant. And as for seating, there are three separate rooms and one of them is huge and spacious, and supplied with plenty of condiments and tableware.
The dining room was booked when we came in so there wasn't a lot of space available to eat. The coffee, smoothies, and hot chocolate were all delicious. The food left a lot to be desired. Pancakes were gritty, burrito did not have much flavor and the peppers were almost raw. The sandwiches were okay.

I recently had the pleasure of trying the steak burger and crinkle cut fries at Grinds and I must say, it was an absolutely unforgettable lunch experience!The steak burger was a masterpiece of flavors and textures.
