We had to pull up and wait three cars deep so they can make the food or whatever they were doing for 20 minutes. Ordered tender meal no sauces at all. Called talk to the manager and she said that she will get my sauces to me next time. Fast food has been a joke and this is no different

Wait time slow . No one at Drive thru when I arrived and still had a wait and was asked about me order 2x and when I received it was not the hottest or was it correct.. asked for no pickle and still got them. Fires warm as best... 120 in the afternoon.

DoorDash took to wrong house in a trailer park because the app said 8th house. my house number is plainly displayed on front and it wasn’t dark yet!! I want a full refund!!

Pretty good experience overall! Order was accurate and food was hot and fresh! Very clean store and grounds of business. KFC has always been one of my favorites and I hope that this location stays open for years to come! The only complaint that I do have is that the staff here could be friendlier and it's important to stay off your phone while waiting on customers.

Stopped by after hockey game at 9:41pm sat at the drive thru speaker for around 5-6 minutes w no one there. Drove up to the drive thru window and knocked on the window, with no response for anther 4-5 minutes. When I called they were able to answer the phone. Worst place ever. Never going back.

KFC is a Christmas Eve thing for us. Ordered online for a 5pm pickup. Arrived 10 minutes early and waited only to find our dinner had been ready and was sitting in a bag in a bin. Ordered the 12 piece dark meat Original family meal, and the Cherry Pie Poppers. $47 Was told there was an issue with the fryer so apparently I received a mix of the extra crispy and original chicken. We don't care for the extra crispy, that's why we don't order it. Got home and had no Cherry Pie Poppers, and the biscuits were not cooked all the way, the outside was cooked, the inside was basically raw dough. Probably won't visit this location again.
Had a Great experience at this location last night for dinner. Haven't been to this one in a few years because of the previous management and how it was run. It was bad, food to service, just so bad. Stopped going. Well I've heard it's been under new management and it's improving. So I went a month ago and food was great and staff on point. We went again last night. Food on point and had a good experience with their worker. He was kind and patient with me. Thank you Aidan (not sure of spelling of your name) you were Great at doing your job and then some. Keep it up! Customer service is not easy and there are negative people on both sides of the counter these days. KFC Brockport, Good Job on the turn around, keep up the Good work.

My sisters, Mom and I went to KFC in Brockport for lunch. There was another couple ahead of us that waiting for service. We waited, and waited, and waited. When the woman FINALLY came out, she was really rude. The couple ahead of us said they wanted a 4 piece meal, the worker said she could only fry 2 pieces of chicken at a time, and a drive through order of 18 pieces were ahead of his. Needless to say, the 6 of us walked out. Will never go to KFC in Brockport again.
