Used to be a great place. Will never be making an order from the brockport location again. The food would be great if employees could be bothered to do the job they took correctly. Terrible attitude and quality from the employee I met last night. I apologized for ordering at 830 since they closed at 9 and she proceeded to say how no one ever cares ordering before close. I didn't realize you closed at 9 on Saturdays now until I even got there. The meat sauce on the garbage plates was colder than the mac salad definitely was put on right out of the fridge. I'm sorry the highest level of work you could find is salvatores but if you took some pride in what you do you could probably be somewhere else at your age ?♂️

Ordered a "Salvie Burger" at 7:50 on 3/15/24 and added two extra toppings. The burger arrived with only the two toppings I added. None of the toppings that go onto a salvie burger were included. Tomato, Lettuce, Onion, and Mayo are listed as ingredients for the salvie burger and I did not request them to be removed.I called the store and the manager said "sorry the online system is just kinda bad" and did nothing to make the situation right. I did not receive what I ordered, there was no offer to send the correct order out after the manager was informed of the mistake. There was no offer to even refund the incorrect portion of the order. I understand that mistakes happen. I am a very polite and patient person.Very disappointed with the service and I will not be ordering from this location again. Accidents happen but the Salvatore's management made absolutely no attempt to fix their mistake.

Have ordered here many times but only ordered pizza so I can't speak on anything of the other food. But pizza have been spot on 99%of the time, one time it was kinda greazy and bland but that was only one time. Every other time it's been great, and as of right now this is my go to Pizzeria. Keep up the great

Pizza tonight on 2/14 at 7pm was freakin excellent!!!! Coming from a family who “rates” their pizza each time (whom have worked for and managed many pizzerias from Buffalo to Rochester) we are very critical- but we came to consensus of 9.5 outta 10 ! ! Thanks!

I've ordered from this Salvatore's multiple times over the years. The quality the majority of the time is good. I enjoyed their burger sub, chicken cordon Bleu, and their fish fry among other items. They provide good food at a competitive price which does deserve recognition. I can recommend this franchise as I've eaten from them many times and have been satisfied with the meal.

Very small, definitely just a take out location. Service was ok and fairly quick. Seems clean.Parking: There is very limited parking, but I don't think more is generally needed since it's just a take out location.

Ordered 50 chicken wings to be delivered at 2:30 during the Bills-Pats game (for halftime). They were delivered at exactly 2.30 and were hot and delicious! (Mix of Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan). Glad to have them in town ...
I have called numerous times to go try to get a certain pizza for super size. They are rude and have no customer service. They will no longer have my orders, and I will make sure to share the fact that the manager refused to talk to me on the phone.

I would give a 0 if possible. Food took over 1 1/2 hrs on a Tuesday night. Spoke to April the manager and she wasn't very pleasant and could give me no updates on my pizza for over a half hour. Then I get my pizza and it is burt with literally no sauce. I'll never order salvatores again.

I love their pizza here but I feel like the cheeseburger is too overpriced for just a burger w out fries. To add fries is 5.99! Better price choices are elsewhere for burgers. Sorry salvatores.

I called on a thursday at five o'clock , was put on hold for t minutesI then hung up and called again. Was immediately put on hold hung up after 5 minutes., Again I called back and no one answered. Really? This is unacceptable bad for business bad for customers bad for returning customers. I will go somewhere else.
