All I wanted was some doritos locos tacos and a drink. The app said my order would be ready at 6:10pm. I got there and waited until around 6:25 before I finally asked someone about my order, they handed me my food cold. They couldn't let me know my order was ready or something? Total trash service. At least the woman who just started her shift was nice enough to give me a refund. First time going to taco bell in over 6 months and this is what I get.

i have an autistic son that was having a meltdown over his food in the back of my car, the service was slow waited 10 minutes in the drive thru then 4 in front of the window, then was told that next time i’ll be refused service if my son is yelling. absolutely unprofessional behavior and me nor my family will not be coming back. (worker was a bigger somoan/ mexican looking male)

I when to this Taco Bell for first time at Brockport . I order 3 taco supreme hard shells instead I get soft taco … i wait for 10mins —still they got order wrong . Cashier was not polite I have ask for sauce ..

It's alright food, but the wait is hysterical, The staff is immature and loud, I'm a delivery driver and I'm told the time I'm supposed to come in and pick up, and I'm always waiting 20 minutes or longer for the order after that pick up time. THIS LOCATION is awful, although other taco bells prioritize orders differently, this store specifically does easy orders first instead of one by one in order as they come. I would not come in here on your lunch break unless you're willing to be late back to work

Food was okay, decent quality. Employees were nice, but restaurant was a little dirty. Fountain drink area was sticky/wet, needed a wipe down. All the hot sauce was coated in something sticky. The tables and benches were a bit dirty too. Not awful, but enough to notice and feel a little meh about the whole thing. Soda was all coming out completely foamy and watered down, but employees were really great about getting me one from another fountain that was better.
Food quality is always good at this store, maybe just an off day for the seating area being dirty?
