I love Tim Horton's. I go every day. However many people working there don't smile and seem as if they'd rather not be there. Speak in a bland way and just get it over with. There are a few that are very friendly. I only know one of their names. Louis. He's great!!!
Went to grab lunch with my boyfriend and we both got a grilled cheese panini meal with chips and coke. My grilled cheese panini was falling apart, it wasn’t cut in half and was just crumbling. Then our drinks were filled with more ice than coke. If I pay 3 dollars for a drink I’d like it filled with the actual drink and not ice. My boyfriend gave me his drink to show how much ice was in it after taking 5 sips from it. Then I took out the ice from my drink to see how much coke...
This location always seems to be having some kind of technical difficulty.
Coffee sometimes comes out burnt, likely due to the afformentioned tech problems being so widespread. Staff is fun though, so big points back there.
