I wish I could do 0 stars. The food was inedible. They pulled my car forward to have me wait and when they brought me my food I could tell they took old fries and they them back in the oil. Neither of sandwiches were made correctly. Took the food back and tried to get a refund. The night manager told me they don't do refunds only replacements. You mean a franchise doesn't do refunds? Ever? Was told to come back in the morning. Went back in the morning and after 2 "managers" tried the same speech they eventually called someone but did it in the back away from the customer. Thinking because I had the receipt and wouldn't let up they finally gave in and gave a refund. Apparently they've had several complaints about night shift. All 3 managers were useless.

I ordered some chicken nuggets and cheese fries for delivery. The delivery driver was very quick and great with delivery. Props to them. Opened the bag and they gave me chili cheese fries. I can't have chili and ended up just throwing it away. This is not the first time I've gotten dinner delivery from this Wendy's and received the incorrect item that I can't eat. I contacted Wendy's customer care about it and was told to contact the delivery department. I had no issues with the delivery but the actual workers in the store not paying attention. Definitely avoiding ordering from this Wendy's for the foreseeable future.

Came at night and had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant, the worker that took our order didn’t say a word and had a resting b face the entire time, made me and my girlfriend feel hella uncomfortable then when the food was ready she just lifts the bags up without a word to signal that our food was done worst customer service ever, and also the floor was mad sticky near the drink machine and ketchup stains all over the counter where where the lids are. Very upsetting and disgusting Wendy’s do no recommend this one

These night time workers have no sense of basic health code. Literally saw a worker walk out back with gloves on play on his phone smoked something and walked back in to take my payment and he didn’t change his gloves. Got upset because I asked whoever was making my food to make sure they change their gloves because I don’t know what they’ve been touching. Gross

Dirtiest store I have been in. Floors are covered in trash and spilled drinks, tables have trash on them and are not wiped down, cashier complaining about not having trays yet no one comes out from the back to gather the sky scraping stack on the trash receptacle. The area around the drink machine is filthy... from the top of it to the floor. Absolutely disgusting here. 8/21/24. 2:17pm
