Okay so every time I go here, I spend $30 on food for me and my family. Today I came and ordered a baconator meal and a chicken hot biggie bag, came out to $21.91. While ordering the very rude worker acted as if I was inconsiderate and inconvenient to be ordering. ONTOP of that, we got to the window, the blonde girl was NASTY and rude, and then handed me my bag, I checked it after pulling out of the drive though, and these rude arrogant jerk gave me the tiniest burger, not a baconator, and for got multiple items of my biggie bag out. After we went back, I personally watched another kid open a sandwich with no gloves, re close it and hand it to someone else. Disgusting and management needs to do better. Shame on the girls parents who didn’t raise her well enough to have respect and decency at your place of work.

When ordering through grub hu, this Wendy's is constantly forgetting whole meals, items and sauces. I have had to complain about missing items so often that grub hub doesn't want to give me refunds anymore. It's ridiculous.

When you go thru a drive thru and more times than not have to wait 10 minutes to get your order to get back to work and find it's not made according to specifications- detailed on the receipt and the female manager promises to send you a free sandwich coupon but never sends it twice not once but two x

It's time to call bs n wait to eat wendys at other locations other than this franchise

Omg the wait time when there's only 4 cars in line!?! 20 mins?? Come on!
Horrible. Slow. We ended up leaving and going elsewhere.

Pretty sure they have a guy working the window that is pocketing change during sale so be sure to count what you get back ! Tried the old take the dollars and hand out the coins trick ! So keep watch !

I wish I could do 0 stars. The food was inedible. They pulled my car forward to have me wait and when they brought me my food I could tell they took old fries and they them back in the oil. Neither of sandwiches were made correctly. Took the food back and tried to get a refund. The night manager told me they don't do refunds only replacements. You mean a franchise doesn't do refunds? Ever? Was told to come back in the morning. Went back in the morning and after 2 "managers" tried the same speech they eventually called someone but did it in the back away from the customer. Thinking because I had the receipt and wouldn't let up they finally gave in and gave a refund. Apparently they've had several complaints about night shift. All 3 managers were useless.

I ordered some chicken nuggets and cheese fries for delivery. The delivery driver was very quick and great with delivery. Props to them. Opened the bag and they gave me chili cheese fries. I can't have chili and ended up just throwing it away. This is not the first time I've gotten dinner delivery from this Wendy's and received the incorrect item that I can't eat. I contacted Wendy's customer care about it and was told to contact the delivery department. I had no issues with the delivery but the actual workers in the store not paying attention. Definitely avoiding ordering from this Wendy's for the foreseeable future.
