The food is good but they don’t give you what you pay for. One day they can give you more then what you actually paid for then other days it’s a total scam! I paid $12 for a pernil and got more then what I paid for, now today I pay almost $20 for a dinner and got a portion for one person!!!! Because I ordered as a pick up and didn’t realize until I got home I couldn’t do anything more than this review!

The food there is very good. I have been ordering there for 7 years, but the time is too long, they make it several times and today I call at 3 and it is 5:57 and it is still the time that the food does not arrive and I called after 30 minutes I placed the order and they told me that the delivery had already left... the delivery was lost on the way I guess. If they have many orders in front of them, their duty is to say that we are very busy, the waiting time is more than 5 hours and one does not stay waiting because what there is most is a restaurant…

Best Latin food I've had in NYC by far. Brought back memories of my family and friends growing up. Totally recommend for that #1 Sabor Latino! The flan was amazing, and the chuletas were fried like bacon, amazingly delicious!

Got chicken in rice.it was like eating sandpaper the chicken was so dry and the rice and peas lacked flavor if i was blindfolded i would of thought i was eating plain white rice terrible please dont spend money on this food avoid this place please i spent $13.00 on it.THE

They a customer services course all those ladies on the front desk they never greet anyone perfect example today I walk in they are talking among themselves or to man then was my turn she said I serve you and then what kind of meat and I ordered a piece of Avocado asked something else, I answered no thanks, the other person at the checkout gave him my card and he charged me and he didn't even say thank you for coming. I got to work, No Avocado, after $9.00 that site needs customer services training but asap

I will never patronize this restaurant again! I order using Uber Eats, the restaurant called me stating the Pork Chops weren't availble, so I politely asked for them to cancel my order... she rudely hung up on me without saying a word, and then cancelled my order through Uber Eats clicking the option "I called and asked for the order to be canceled after the order was prepared", inwhich I was now charged for the full order. I had to haggle with UberEats to get a refund, becuase the item I ordered wasn't in stock! The restaurant is terrible, I live down the block and will never return. I will also let my friends and neighbor to do the same. The lady who called needs to be fired! ¡Nunca volveré a frecuentar este restaurante! Hago un pedido usando Uber Eats, el restaurante me llamó diciendo que las chuletas de cerdo no estaban disponibles, así que cortésmente les pedí que cancelaran mi pedido... ella me colgó groseramente sin decir una palabra y luego canceló mi pedido a través de Uber. Come haciendo clic en la opción "Llamé y solicité que se cancelara el pedido después de prepararlo", en la que ahora me cobraron el pedido completo. Tuve que regatear con UberEats para obtener un reembolso, ¡porque el artículo que pedí no estaba en stock! El restaurante es terrible, vivo en la misma cuadra y nunca volveré. También dejaré que mis amigos y vecinos hagan lo mismo. ¡Hay que despedir a la señora que llamó!

The most horrible service. There is a girl with a dog's face and an attitude that seems to stink the life out of her. He didn't want to do anything I asked him and to make matters worse he never came to my table to check if I needed anything…. The worst service PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!!
