The best CHOP CHEESE! unfortunately they are very hard of hearing or just do not understand ENGLISH PROPERLY! double check ur order before leaving because they are always ALWAYS messing up your order ! But when they do get it right the chop cheese is EVERYTHING!

The food here is really mid. They are one of the most expensive deli around and it’s really not worth it. also they have favoritism, and if you’re Latina, you get extra treatment here. it’s sad that in these locations, people are really racists. food is really not that great to be having those attitudes.

I ordered from this store for the 1st time today thinking because of there rating a photos the food and sandwiches would be great. It was the worst food I ever ate how can you make a sandwich so messed up and not pay attention it's really messed up and I wouldn't recommend this deli ever .

Yesterday around the afternoon I decided to get a Tuna salad from this deli with a couple other add ins from this deli. As soon as I got home I ate the salad because I was hungry. About two hours after I finished the salad my stomach literally bloated up and became painful. I’m a person that knows my body, so for the salad to be the only thing I ate (because I’m trying to fast alil for the new year) I knew that it was the cause. It started with a a fever, I started feeling weak then I proceeded to throw up half of the salad I ate because the urge became unbearable, I have diarrhea not extreme but unnecessary and the symptoms all describe food poisoning. I usually get the same salad from them all the time with no issue so for there to be an issue now and that being the only thing I ate it was clearly the cause.I called the store to inform them today and the person I was talking to tells me “well he’s been working there for years and they’ve never had that issue before.” Is that the case or was nobody serious enough to inform them? It could’ve been a minor slip up with prep that day but the persons response to me just seemed like Indifference while I’m still dealing with the symptoms while we are on the phone.Just because you claim to never had this issue before doesn’t mean my point for calling is invalid. There’s a first for anything and being a person who takes their health seriously if it wasn’t for the fact the salad was the only thing I ate I wouldn’t have been able to retrace my steps back to them. Make sure your food staff is taking FOOD SAFETY SERIOUSLY because that was rediculous I could be dead rn. Over a damn salad

Got food delivered. Tin foil wasn’t big enough to wrap sandwiches. Bread was stale and sandwich was put together like garbage. Had things on the sandwich I didn’t order as well. Would not go back. Trying to find a good deli in the Bronx so I tried it. 2 start bc my food arrived in a timely fashion.

Open so that’s great. Decent food. A little pricey and ROWDY late night… no one answers when I try to call before coming in. Annoying considering the construction and it’s hard to park. Then I have to order and stand around the foolishness ?
