Very disappointed with their service, I placed a big order of 400 dollars, 2 weeks prior the event, paid by credit card, they took their money, and on the day of the event, NO SHOW, I called the restaurant several times, had me on hold for 20 minutes each time, or they will hang up or just don't pick up. NEVER again will I order from there.

I ordered bacalao through uber and they cancel my order so instead I order breakfast 3 Golpes Everything in my plate taste like old oil. And very oily even my mangu. I would not order from here again at all. They got my drink wrong and the lunch order was pepper steak and rice, the rice was ok but the steak was not seasoned well. Bland meat.

Since Covid and the new renovations this restaurant has not been the same. I have been coming here for many years and the food was always good. Now it’s not the recipes are not the same, the Moro is dry and bland, the chicken is not seasoned enough. Get back the old cooks because this is not it.

Haven’t ordered from here in a long time this is my first time ordering since new owners took over. I did not like my food. The roast pork skin was burnt. The rice is OK. The beans taste like they burnt very disappointed with my order. I even gave a guy a five dollar tip, but it’s not his fault. We’re not order from here again. I make a roast pork better than this end of throwing it in the garbage

I will leave a review everyday on this restaurant , I ordered my food at 1:13 and it was almost 3pm and still no food or delivery guy. This location is Monroe then a 10 walk from me !! I don’t recommend and extremely annoyed with their service ! And after waiting all this time the girls that answer have bad attitudes and have to order from somewhere else
The food wasn't all that great. No one speaks english, so they point to the wrong food when you ask fir something. I will never go back.

Ive been a loyal customer for many years. Two weeks ago I ordered two mofongos, one that I received which was not as I ordered. I called back simply to let them know I got the wrong mofongo; mind you not to request a refund or anything but being that the same exact mofongo I’m used to ordering I got different so I called to let them know. I call back now to place an order and they are refusing to unless I spend a minimum of 30$. Absolutely ridiculous. All because I gave complaint over an order that YOU guys got wrong?! Mind you. I never even requested to get a refund. That’s called RETALIATION!! And discriminatory!! Lost a customer who spent hundreds there! And I’m sure you will lose more with terrible customer service.
Spend your money elsewhere. Plenty of good restaurants around
