I will leave a review everyday on this restaurant , I ordered my food at 1:13 and it was almost 3pm and still no food or delivery guy. This location is Monroe then a 10 walk from me !! I don’t recommend and extremely annoyed with their service ! And after waiting all this time the girls that answer have bad attitudes and have to order from somewhere else

I have been coming here since I was 10. I am now 32 years old & when I tell it has gone down hill since they changed it to Nuevo 3 way that is an understatement. The food is iffy now and the customer service is not good.

Ive been a loyal customer for many years. Two weeks ago I ordered two mofongos, one that I received which was not as I ordered. I called back simply to let them know I got the wrong mofongo; mind you not to request a refund or anything but being that the same exact mofongo I’m used to ordering I got different so I called to let them know. I call back now to place an order and they are refusing to unless I spend a minimum of 30$. Absolutely ridiculous. All because I gave complaint over an order that YOU guys got wrong?! Mind you. I never even requested to get a refund. That’s called RETALIATION!! And discriminatory!! Lost a customer who spent hundreds there! And I’m sure you will lose more with terrible customer service.
Spend your money elsewhere. Plenty of good restaurants around

The chicken, rice& beans taste like it was Stale, Hard and sitting out all day. The stew chicken had no flavor and the rice was hard. I’ve had better Spanish food at other places.

We ordered the pernil with rice and beans. We ordered the cassava as a side that did not arrive with the order. The pernil looked old, like they gave us the bottom scraps and an old burnt piece of skin. The rice was hard, like overexposed and did not taste good. I ordered the Cuban, it too was not delicious- missing the pickle. Just messy.
I would not recommend delivery, as you may get old food. I would not recommend this restaurant at all as the food is not delicious as the other reviews stated. I ordered on Saturday at 5pm and was delivered by 6pm. Delivery was fine. $32 total via uber eats

Honestly it feels like I stepped into a beautiful Dominican family’s living room for thanksgiving. An amazing selection of EVERYTHING to satisfy any cravings. I truly dream about their tostones with pink sauce.

Stopped by for lunch the other day, and this place is hands down one of the best in the Bronx! The food is consistently delicious. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Highly recommend—10/10!

I went to eat with my family one day. We ordered our meal when it arrived it was not all that had to send it back due to it being cold. The other food arrived we started to eat it was not all that the bean taste burnt. The biggest problem was when we got the bill we got charged $10 for eating in for using the table I asked why they said they charge a fee for the table also the more u order the more they charge for table. That was the first and last time I ever entered that restaurant
