I had the worst experience with this restaurant. the food is very good yes, but ever since they started doing Uber and doordash they became irresponsible. Purposely messing up several orders. Out of 5 items they only sent one correct one, they do that for all my orders. when you call them, they have the worse wrong and strong attitude towards the customer, and tell you to take it or leave it. Followed by hunging up the phone. Is hard to contribute to the community small businesses if your own people. treat you this way. On top of having to wait 5 to 7 days to get my refund. They need to be held accountable for the horrible service they are providing. And how very rude they are.

This place has terrible customer service, I've ordered through them through Uber Eats sadly they did not have what I wanted which is understandable. I've tried to contact Uber Eats to cancel the order they were no help and when calling restaurant they said they couldn't cancel the order on their end, eventually when trying to speak through Uber Eats and many uber drivers I tried calling the restaurant again and when answered the person on the phone said " oh my goddddddd " like it's my fault they did not have what I ordered and I wanted my money back for food I didn't even get to eat or receive.

I ordered uber eats. The whole chicken was flavorless and dry. The rice and peas were dry and portions were burnt. The plantains were burned!! I felt like they used my order to get rid of leftovers! Never again!!

The Pollo didn't know how to Chiken! It was old as if it had been done several days before. The Soda was also Too Bad to Enjoy without any Soda. Getting a replacement was also a problem trying to communicate it to the lady who answered the phone. Right now at this very moment my belly hurts a lot and so do the people who are here. Horrible service of this place.

This place is top 5 worst restaurants I’ve experienced. I’ve ordered three times and the times it was an over 2 hour wait (restaurant is 10 min away). Each time i had to call to remind them and when the food arrived it was cold and the salad all messed up. On the last order, I waited 3 hrs and had to cancel. No accountability from the staff and total carelessness and disregard. Very unprofessional. Would not trust them doing anything right

Lettuce was brown and old with mold on the tomato. Order a whole chicken and rice. Chicken was dry and almost not edible. The wings were burnt and rock hard. Rice was old and dry and half of it was the hard scarps at the bottom of the pot. 0 stars if I could.

Horribleeeee I ordered a baked chicken that smells ROTTEN WITHOUT LYING OR EXAGGERATION and underneath it was burnt I have had other bad experiences here and I stopped ordering but my husband recently ordered without knowing and the food arrived with a bad rotten smell we couldn't eat it. Pure disgusting, I do not recommend this place at all!!!!

I literally should recommend u demand the proper portioning or they will serve u like u are 9 years old but charge u like they gave u a entree from the menu.
