I believe it to be a family run business. It serves Spanish dishes. For the most part if you don't speak Spanish, there's a tendency for them to ignore you. Allowing fellow Spanish speakers to order before you. They lack integrity. There have been many occasions where they pretend not to add the soda/water that is included in the price of the meal. The food is below ? mid... poorly seasoned, refried beans ?, the rice is always overcooked.
