Every time I come here at 12 or after it’s always closed, I’m always coming for a sandwich made by max and every time I come here it’s always closed. I pull up and every one in front tells me how the store is closed but it’s suppose to be 24 hours. This is my second time coming here and going through this, they need to stick to their word on what the times are of closing. I’m sick of this already I’m hungry.

If I could rate this with no stars I would. I was a frequent customer at this neighborhood Deli Grocery Store. On 12/7/18 me and my sister went to purchase sandwiches. I ordered my sandwich first and than my sister proceeded to order hers. I paid for both sandwiches and drinks and left the store. Once we got home she noticed that she did not retrieve what she had requested seeing that it had pork bacon and she specifically asked for turkey bacon (We do not eat beef or pork for religious reason). We inconviently traveled back to the Deli and explained that her order was wrong and requested for it to be changed. The store owner stated that he would not change the sandwich or give the money back that was spent for the sandwich. I expressed to him that I was a frequent customer and that my request should be honored. He stated that he knew that I was a frequent customer but was not going to lose out on the sale. I expressed that I was very displeased and that this would be my last time purchasing from his establishment. I feel that when you have a business you should accomadate your customers especially if they’re apart of your community. My sister lost out on her food, I lost out on money spent and the store owner gained my money but lost my business. I will never shop at this deli!
The sandwich guy plays too much and is just plain rude. Asked him to make me a BEC and my friend didn't want anything so he wants to not make my food cause she didn't order anything. He smiles at us like it's a joke like no I want my food I have places to go. So I walked out of there. If I didn't I would've popped off on him.
