I'm not a big fan of ice cream but I had a craving for vanilla Ice cream one day and the other night was a birthday cake for my boyfriend. The scooped ice cream was so good but they put a bit too much of the caramel topping that it just became a caramel mess. My boyfriend loved his Oreo cookie sundae dasher as always! The cake was pretty good and the cashier who helped us did a great job with making the Y like in the New York Yankees. She practiced on a paper and then did a great job on the cake. Sucks I didn't get her name but I do remember she was a young girl with blonde hair if that helps lol. I would def suggest the owner to provide the football design of the birthday cake cause that's what I was originally looking for but that's okay because the end result was the birthday boy being happy with his favorite cake! I've been going here all my life, but the service I received was very confusing. The tall guy that served me seems like he didn't want any money for the business.I purchased numerous things, but he seemed so aggravated that I was adding on numerous things.Buying ice cream should be a happy experience.Well that's what I believe. He even wrote on the cake "kappa" bday instead of "happy" Smh like dude if you didn't want to work just call out

They never make my milk shake thick, i always tell don't add to much milk, they never listen. Need to change there attitude to

This is a very experienced review... I have been going to this Carvel for over 10 years and celebrated maybe 20-30 birthdays in my home with a carvel birthday cake. Daniel (who for some reason I kept calling Jason) has been the main person I interact with whenever I go, and he's great ! My cakes have always been ready with my exact specifications, and everyone is always content. I've ordered my cakes on pretty short notice (3 days) and they have always been able to have the cake for the day I need it. Favorites for cakes are pistachio without nuts with cookies and cream, birthday cake and strawberry, chocolate and cookies and cream, and I loved vanilla bourbon and coffee, all with chocolate crunchies in the middle. During the summer I stop in every now and then for a cone or a shake with one of the kids. There are cones are very generous sizes, including the child size cone, and there are daily specials Monday -Thursdays buying a specific item and getting the same item half off. On Thursday it's buy one shake get another half price. I know one of the other items are Sundaes , but I never remember the full schedule. The interior is always clean and in order and even when it is slightly crowded. There is never really a long wait.
