Sadly I didn’t take the time to open the boxes, when I got to the cookout opened the boxes sadly the meat was so bad! As I said I’m not new to this I’m true to this A1‼️ All 3 boxes where bad I ended up returning all 3 boxes, sadly no Kabobs at that cookout‼️ THIS SATURDAY THE 31st of August 2024 WILL BE THROWING MY MOM HER 76th BIRTHDAY PARTY COOKOUT‼️ WRITING OUT THE LIST NOW WITH MY DAUGHTER, DO WE HIT A ROADBLOCK IN REGARDS TO DO WE MAKE THE BIG CASH PURCHASE WITH A1⁉️⁉️ OR DO WE JUST WING IT OUT AND MAKE THE KABOBS OR GIVE A1 ANOTHER CHANCE⁉️

I got the BBQ package. The burgers and hot dogs cooked up and tasted great. The kabobs were fantastic - I ordered 50 more for my upcoming BBQ. The lady, Tracey was so helpful and even pointed me to their package deal which cost me less. That showed me its not about the profit for them, its about making the customers happy. Will keep going and recommend to others.

This is a Fantastic store to buy meats, you can't beat their prices. I purchased meat from there in August and the meat was very fresh, I purchased by the case and the price was the best price I have seen in the Bronx, the gentleman that helped me was very professional and respectful, I wish I got his name. But I will be sure to get it when I go back, I plan to keep shopping there. I have told several people about A1. They definitely deserve FIVE STARS. if your looking for quality goods at reasonable prices, you need to check them out.

I have been soliciting A1 Distributors for many years, personally and professionally. On August 27, 2022, I went to A1 for my charitable organization’s BBQ. Not only did I purchase food, but I also rented one of their large grills. When we arrived at the park with the grill, one of my board members made me aware that the grill looked like it had some faulty repair. It appeared to have putty in an attempt to glue the grill and some wiring to fix the damage. When I returned their grill (nicely cleaned), I pointed out the damage to one of the workers.Later that morning, I was contacted by Tracey from A1, and she informed me that there would be a $50 charge for damage to the grill. She did send photos and videos of the damage. The image also indicated the previous damage that was not correctly repaired. As such, we disputed the additional charge. Tracey then called me and stated that I was being rude for not paying and that they would not do business with me in the future if I did not pay. I responded by advising Tracey that we find her conduct to be hostile, as her response appeared to be insulting (calling me rude) and threatening (not doing business with us in the future). But regardless, I approved of her charge for the additional payment and informed her that I would seek other vendors in the future.She said she was not hostile and expected us to ‘do the right thing.’ Also, she ‘just won’t do any future business with you (me)’ and stated she would not charge the additional $50 for damages. The right thing? We disputed the damage but still offered to pay. I guess we were not supposed to raise any objection. This experience was aggressive, unprofessional, and lacked customer service skills.It was never about the money, just how I responded to it.

Having a BBQ or partying look no further A1Food Distributors is the place to go, best quality food and prices you cannot beat. The package deals include Sabrett Hot Dogs cannot go wrong there also the Hamburgers and Shish Kebab are delicious. If you do not want to cook at your BBQ, they have people do that as well. The catering food is off the hook. I had a Retirement Party for my mom and all my guess complemented on how good the food was, homemade cooking that taste just like grandma’s. The owner Tracey and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly to ensure a wonderful experience to keep the customers coming back. I highly recommend A1 for your next BBQ’s or party.
