Absolutto Cuisine & Bar is an amazing place to celebrate any occasion. I celebrated my birthday here in February here and my guests loved the food, drinks and ambiance. They loved it so much that many of them planned their own celebrations here. It is also a great spot for date night or just sitting at the bar and having a drink. It's spacious and the staff is welcoming. They make you feel like family , and did I mention the food is AMAZING !!! great quality and taste. My family and I Love this place!

Worst place ever. PLEASE DON"T GO AT ALL. WE ARE TALKING FOOD POISING AND UNCLEAN PLATES AND SILVERWARE.
STRIKE 1: Hair was found in a drink and plates were dirty.
STRIKE 2: We ordered steak and lobster tail and they brought us steak and shrimp with some sort of avocado spread. The waitress (heavy set Spanish lady did not tell us that they had no lobster tail and that they would substitute for shrimp. Poor communication and lack of knowledge of the menu. She also stunk of some cheap perfume.
STRIKE 3: My friend got sick from his steak and shrimp and had to go to the bathroom to throw up and felt nauseous. As some of us did as well.
STRIKE 4: My fish said that it came with lemon sauce and tostones of which it had not. In fact whatever sauce or seasoning they used was so salty I had to send it back. Moreover, instead of tostones they served mashed potatoes. I swear whoever is in that kitchen is NOT A REAL COOK.
STRIKE 5: We also overheard the cooks cursing and complaining about us. We were the only table in the place and that alone should of been a red flag for us.
STRIKE 6: The place was absolutely empty and there was no manager in place.
In conclusion: Our dining experience was ruined and they served us food that ultimately made us sick. I never had an awful dining experience like I had there. This place makes apple bee's look really good. The food was not fresh and properly seasoned or cooked well. My wife's chicken was served cold and was very salty. This business will go out of business very quickly. Please take my advice and go somewhere else. I bet my fish was old, unproperly kept and made me sick. I would not be writing this review had I not had a terrible experience. This place was seriously out of GORDAN RAMSEY KITCHEN NIGHTMARES. If you read other review you will read a review similar to mine. The rest are fake.

Went there with my co workers on Friday after work and it was the worst .First off the online menu and the restaurant menu are completely different… and when we ask can we have what’s online (which was chicken ) they said no ,so we decided to get happy hour finger food ….. we asked to talk to a manager their was no manger but i guess the chef came out ( made no sense to us but we went with it ) chef tried to explain the different menu ( they took ownership a year ago) but it made no sense to us … he offered us desert which we all picked cheesecake he sends the waitress 5 minutes later saying there was no cheesecake…. We left will never return here again unless it’s under new management cause this management ain’t it … I’m going to assume it’s a good happy hour place definitely not a good dine in place

The customer service was really GREAT! They welcome me in with open arms. The food was 10/10. My favorite dish was the empanadas. It was flavorful. The steak was so juicy and tasty. I highly recommend this place!!!!
The atmosphere and DJ especially are fiya. Keeps the crowd moving and dancing but service is horrible. Don't get me wrong the staff are very friendly and helpful but maybe short staffed. Each person I know including myself had to wait for over an hour for our orders to be honored. I asked for fries and a drink. The drink never came so I canceled it. The fries came eventually but not as hot as it should have been. The bathroom ran out of toilet paper too leaving folks to use the paper towels instead. But it was clean. I appreciated that mostly. The place is big and music is awesome. I had a great first time experience minus waiting on stuff we ordered.

I really didn't enjoy my time here between the bartender having an amazing hand at cocktails to them sure the food tasted fantastic! Hats to their chef. Natalia (or Natasha i apologize for forgetting) was the best. Definitely will return! Their pistachio-ricotta cake was my TOP fav!
